“I walked into this TD Bank on Main Street in Concord, NH unannnounced, without an appointment and very concerned that my identity and bank accounts had been compromised. After a short wait, I met with Nancy M. who worked very diligently with me over several hours and 2 days to get my accounts straightend out and me back on the right track. It was necessary for me to return a 3rd day, and in the absence of Nancy I met with Cassidy R. who also showed me the same level of attention and professionalism. You could tell this bank and these associates knew what they were doing, were well versed in subject material, helpful, plus friendly and compassionate about my situation, which was upsetting and difficult at best - They made me feel like family, and that they actually cared! I have been a customer of TD Bank for many years and it's because of experiences like this that will continue to be a customer and share my satisfaction with others.”
“We have been customers of Citizens Bank for years. Our local branch is closed and I needed to set up an account for my daughter. We went into this branch for the first time. Everyone was very nice, from the initial phone call, the front desk and especially Josh. Josh made setting up her first account the best experience. He was professional, friendly, thorough and also has the best personality. He was so fun. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!”

“We have had such great customer service at Eastern’s Concord NH branch. Mark helped us so much on a Saturday as we needed to open an account and helped us get ready for our HELOC. Jaime is outstanding, so sweet and helpful. We went in in a Saturday 10 min before closing and needed a cashier’s check…she was so eager to help us out. We are so happy we switched … I think we forgot what a “Local” bank felt like. They are your neighbors and friends and want to help. I highly recommend them for ALL your banking needs.”

I went to TD Bank near the Concord Mall. I need a lot of help and their were two women named were Tae and Cheryl.
They took the time and made me feel comfortable and they were extremely nice to me. I am so pleased how they treat me and took time to explain my opinions. I want to give them a long shout out. THANKS for all of your help today .”
“Lauren the branch manager is a superstar and all of her staff is so kind. The team literally spent 3.5 hours solving all of our problems incl. reinstating a dormant account, changing my wife's name after marriage, closing, and merging accounts. We are soooo thankful to Lauren and her team. The whole topic was a huge weight on our shoulders and getting that type of personal attention was a huge gift.”
