Never bank with this institution. Your information isn't safe nor is your purchase history or anything else. They feed information to the feds about all their customers banking. Beware people

After driving around to find branches closed that were only atms we had to go to another town. I had sold something and they gave personal check. After listening to the tellers bitch about their systems being down without ever apologizing for my wait she proceeds to tell me she can't cash over $3000 since I don't have an account. Now this was the bank the check was written off of and they could see the funds in her account. I had to wait in the manager because there was another gentleman having issues talking with him. Luckily I remembered I had a credit card with them or I would have never made it out there with my money!!!!

Came here Saturday morning to cash some bank bonds. The teller Nadine was friendly, sweet, and competent in helping us process the bonds. But when she asked the manager Terri a question, Terri rudely came to tell us that they could only process 10 of the bonds at the teller per day. My partner said, "This is the teller, right?" Terri snapped, "Yes. It's time-consuming and if you want to do more you'll have to make an appointment." My partner then said she did not know it was a time consuming process and stated that she assumed that any type of transaction would be able to be processed during business hours. We then witnessed her being rude to and dismissing several other customers. A gentleman approached her and said to her, "Oh, you're almost done for the day." Terri then loudly stated that "Yeah and nobody is here all morning and I don't understand why everybody comes in here with their nonsense at 11:30." Seemingly implying that we were careless or stupid for choosing to come in when we did and not knowing their policy. Mind you, between my partner and I, we have 5 accounts at BofA spanning several decades. We let her know that we heard her rude comment and she then giggled and tried to backtrack, yelling over the counter that she was talking about her own nonsense. We let her know we saw how she treated the other customers and that everybody heard her comment. She then quickly changed her tone and tried to provide friendly customer service to the last few clients in line. If Terri exerted half the effort towards helping clients that she does being rude and dismissive, I'm confident she could actually meet our banking needs before closing time. In fact, thanks to Nadine, we were done by 11:45, well before closing. So after decades of mediocre service with BofA, this is the final straw. Terri's sloppy and downright rude and lazy customer service is indicative of BofA as a whole and we will no longer entrust any money to BofA.

Again this bank has forgotten who the customer is. I'm handling an estate and needed to open an account for the trust. This will amount to about 2 million dollars worth of business. I called twice and could not get through to a human being so I took my business to another bank.

Everyone in this building is a pleasure to see. The customer service is impeccable. I have had an account here for years and never fail to have a smile when I leave. This is the reason this is my bank.

Bank of America has lost me as a customer today. I have done business with them for a while now with a credit card, checking and savings account. I tried to apply for a mortgage 3 years ago and the loan officer didn't give me the time of day. Last month I tried again. This time Bank of America put me threw the ringer with getting papers after papers writing letters, even charged me money all for them to decline the loan. The loan officer gave me a pre-approval letter!!! Obviously she shouldn't have done that because they went and declined my loan. The loan officer didn't seem confident in decisions because she kept saying I'll have to speak with my manager. I know home loans are never easy but this was a complete outrage and so upsetting to my family and I. The reason for the decline she tells me is because I took 8 months off from my SECOND job so that I could focus on my masters degree. I'm sure they give loans to people who don't deserve them, yet a registered nurse like myself gets declined. I received a letter in the mail from BOA telling me why they declined the loan: debt to income ratio insufficient for the requested amount and insufficient funds for down payment and closing costs. Funny I was told it was because of my gap in employment to my second job. Pretty sure she told me I had enough money and funds for costs which is why she gave me a pre-approval letter!!! Not only did BOA waste my time and energy for over a month, also wasted the listing agent and sellers time. And to top it off the listing agent wanted me to give the seller money for time wasted. Umm no! If anyone is going to give her money it should be BOA for wasting everyones time. I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone ever again.

I have been going to this bank before for 20+years and this one experience has not been great. I had Terri Horner initially and she was great in helping me change my address and getting a temporary card but everything after that has been negative from Bank of America. I never got the new card sent to my address and so my temporary was canceled leaving me last weekend with out access to my funds while trying to get tickets out of state and groceries. I talked to "Jackie" over the phone and she stated she sent me an expedited card for Tuesday. I found out on Tuesday this did not happen and was not expedited. I called again and was told that another one would be sent. I need access to money and a card so I had to take time off to come in to get another temp card and a representative at the door of the bank acted not interested and I have been waiting some time to get a temporary card again so I can get groceries and pay bills. Terri Horner has been the only positive thing through my experience and I am not happy at the moment. ** with still waiting a positive experience did happen when a new representative in the lobby took over who was very kind and receptive. I appreciated her understanding attitude through this bad experience.

Again multiple people in line and only 1 teller! Several people at the welcome desk again chatting... how about helping me help my small businesses by getting me back to it in a timely fashion, a 20 minute wait is unsatisfactory! They took out the drive through so I need to go in and wait....wait... I'm sitting here listening to the man in front of me thrashing the teller he called over from the greeting desk, it wasn't pleasant but the costumers has a point. Last visit same 1 tell and a 25 minute wait with 10 people in front of me.

Bank of America has forgotten who the customer is. Instead of making it simple to access our own money (that they are earning interest on), they put up all kinds of barriers. I went in to the Storr's St. location to get a simple cashier check to pay my tile installer because I had run out of personal checks. They would not give me a cashier's check without supplying the tile installer's address. The teller chatted up & and flirted with the male customer ahead of me about her upcoming Halloween party for a full 10 minutes-with at least 5 people waiting in line rolling their eyes, like 'Really?!'. She never once looked up at the line, and just kept chatting. There were no other tellers available and it was a busy Friday--pay day. When I questioned why I would need to provide a payee's address, this teller responded "Well, I would want to know the address of a person I was making a check out to!". A manager came and insisted that it is their new policy that you must provide the address. So, my transaction took 15 minutes while we waited for the tile guy to text me back because he was busy on a job. Every time I go into this bank and have a simple request, it ends up being a big production. They don't deserve our business. They act like it's their money and you don't have a right to it. The only good thing is their online banking system. Customer service is extremely below par.

I always forget how awful bank of america is until i try to deal with them. Just wanted to confirm that they have large bills and enough funds to cover a large withdrawal from my checking account. Should be a fairly simple thing? 5 mins at most? Not at bank of america, where customer support is job 1.... Could not find a number to contact branch; no matter if I used there 1800 or 603 number; both routed me to a awful robocall menu. After saying operator or other 3 or 4 times; the call would just drop. Finally entered in account info and said "checking issue". This resulted in a 15-20 min wait. REAAALLLYY? I can't just call the branch and ask a simple #%#@%#@ question? Really the tipping point for me; i am done with BofA; they need to learn how to treat customers. Finally after 20 mins on hold; I talk to a representative get the super hidden inside phone number to branch; woohoo! Call the number and it re-routes me to corporate and now I am waiting on hold again... yippeeeee; another 20 mins on hold... Should mention that both the operator on phone and local branch are extremely friendly and easy to deal with; just the awful corporate policies and concentration on wrong values makes entire experience horrible. Added bonus points on the Irony; BofA tele-phone crap systems keeps mentioning how customers are their "number 1 priority"; it's almost like its trolling me.

I don't often have the need to go to a brick and mortar bank as everything can easily be done online, but this branch of BoA is awesome. Everyone is very friendly, professional and efficient. You can make an appointment should you choose to do so either on the phone, through their App or from their Website. No complaints here and I encourage everyone to try banking at this location!
