I had my ford fusion worked on and not only did they throughly do great work, but I walked in there and they caught me by surprise with a loyalty discount. I’ll never go anywhere else for my car ever again. 100000/10 recommend them.”
“2 other shops and the jeep dealership had no time or understanding of my electrical issues , accomplished auto had it figured out in under an hour due to an opening in their schedule. They diagnosed and fixed two electrical issues and then suggested a couple of other things I’ve been putting off but as their expertise and willingness to resolve so I went ahead and let them do my transmission service as well.
I honestly hate to give a good review right now because I want to keep them for myself. lol.
Seriously though , top notch is below them they are truly amazing and I highly recommend this shop.

“Dan is an absolute expert. I thought I had a good mechanic until I came to Dan from the previous mechanic's recommendation and Dan took 3 seconds to figure out what the other guys spent half a day trying to figure out with my brakes. Also fixed some holes in my frame for much less than expected, and got snow tires on the day after I called to make an appointment. The location is a little hard to find if using GPS- it's behind the main road, and there's a hefty card use fee so remember to bring your giant wads of cash.”

“I just wanted to say that the sales people, Rich, James and the service department were very easy, attentive and friendly to do business with. They worked really hard on getting me a great rate on my loans and finding me 2 reliable cars (2024 Sentra and 2021 Altima) that I desperately needed. Before the Service department put an inspection sticker on my Altima, they informed me that my brakes would pass inspection this year but not next year. They offered to change the brakes while I waited before I drove off with my new car. I'm very pleased and have never had such an excellent experience at a car dealership before.

In my past experience, several other repairs shops certainly have tried. They have earned our trust as a truly honest auto shop. The only negative is that they are experiencing the labor shortage that plague most all industries since Covid became a thing.”

“I had a great buying experience, buying car at a good price, pressure-free. Unfortunately, UPS lost the paperwork, which was being overnighted, so I was uncertain I could register the car on time. Greg drove to my house to return the car I traded in and refund my money. Amazing integrity and service.
Anybody can do a good job when things work out smoothly, but it takes a really good business to work successfully and honestly when problems happen -- particularly when the problems are the fault of a third party (UPS) and not Grappone. Kudos to Grappone.
