“Amazing service at Concord NH Cummins dealer from the moment we called because of a coolant leak to when we left after the repair. John, the service manager was helpful and returned my calls. The staff who took messages were friendly, helpful and polite. Dave, our mechanic, was personable, informative and efficient. Having your 43 foot home on wheels towed is a stressful experience. Not knowing whats wrong is stressful. Dealing with the capable team at this Cummins was a tremendous relief!”

Every time I’ve had an issue where I ordered a part and they gave me the wrong one they have really come through making it up to me. So much so that I’ve taken the time to write a review. “I had some work done to a cylinder head. I wanted a 5 angle valve job. The cutter didn't get all 5 angles. I had to bring it back to have them make sure I got the full 5 angles. I'm sure they mainly do 3 angle. Not a common thing for them so not a huge deal but I did have to bring it back. They did do an amazing job cleaning up the head though. I really looked good.”

“The work was great. I was very impressed. The only gripe that I would have is that the car sat outside, untouched for a couple weeks after I was told to leave it so work could be started. Incidentally I do need to return, different case this time but hopefully they will bring the car in within a day or so of the time given and not having it sitting outside while wasting money and paying for car rental”

I have an old 2005 Silverado so know the brand well. I couldn't be happier with the service I receive and smooth transaction without the used car sales job I saw in so many other places. “O’Reily pricing on corporate scale is higher than others but thats not on the store itself.
The staff is amazing to work with, always get me the right part and are quick with orders. If they don’t have what you need same day, it’s never more than a day in my experience. Haven’t had an issue with any of the staff there. Definitely all deserve a raise for sure”
