I had a broken tooth. I had to wait for an appointment, in part because of my work schedule. Once I got in, I was treated promptly and professionally. The dentist told me she could fill it, which was a huge savings for me. They were able to get me in the next day and I was done in less than 45 minutes. I don’t have insurance and I signed up for their savings plan for $39 a year which brought my bill down from $511 to about $275. The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional as was the dentist. I was very impressed and happy with my experience.

I went today to have a cleaning and 2 fillings. Walked in and was told that I would owe almost $800 for the visit. After review of the charges they had added in an electric tooth brush (which I never said I wanted), antibiotics for a cleaning (which I've never needed in the past), a scaling cleaning (which I wanted a regular cleaning) and then the $70 for my 2 fillings which was the price they had given me before. I explained I want a regular cleaning that is what my insurance covers and was told they don't do regular cleanings. I had gone 2 weeks ago to have a tooth pulled and thought they were great then, however after this experience I will be taking my business elsewhere. So use caution and question it when they tell you your balance when you are checking in for your appointment.

You need to look up all reviews online for Aspen dental you need to boycott stay away at all cost they're under class action lawsuits for scamming people out of money tricking them into signing papers and then 6 months later telling them that they owe another thousand or more and will show you a paper that you signed and the other papers that said that you already paid in full mysteriously cannot be found they will get you on CareCredit they will call Care credit and have your amount Rose to a higher level so they can bill you more for services that they are horrible at their office people are only trained to take your money look up all reviews do not waste your time or money on this place they are criminals I'm going to be posting this on every social media page and any other places we are in talks with a attorney and have reported this location for insurance fraud. Getting ready for a boycott rally on the corner of London Rd

Friendly, professional, efficient and helpful. I was not sure what to expect since I've always dealt with my own dentist who unfortunately is now hospitalised. Everything went smoothly. I would not have a second though if I needed to make a visit in the future

Wasnt expecting to be scammed so hard from this company. I Went in for a cleaning and a filling, ended up with excruciating pain. Turned out to be decay behind my brand new fillings and all of a sudden I need a root canal. I’m not the only person I know that this place has done this to. They maxed out my care credit initially and you know what their suggestion was for my current predicament? Ask for a credit line increase. Absolutely insane, avoid at all costs.

I would have to say this... I have never been to a dentist place, that is so kind an honest. An I felt like I wasn't being scammed. They answered all my questions, they didn't make me feel dumb. I was in an out. I'm looking forward to my next cleaning. I'm quite pleased ? thank you guys

I had a wonderful experience! I have avoided the dentist for a long time because I am terrified. They treated me with nothing but compassion. Despite my nervous nature and having not been to a dentist in a while, I felt No judgement just kindness. They moved at pace and explained everything clearly to make sure I understood!

I was forced to try aspen because my insurance changed and my old dentist wasn’t covered.Unprofessional. Kept me waiting for 40 minutes between broken/malfunctioning equipment and their apparently only hygienist working with someone else. The doctor, at least, was professional and timely. This is the second time they’ve kept me waiting for long (30+ min) periods. They also try to upcharge you on several things which feels rotten at the dental office.Edit: Now they keep e-mailing me about this review. "Aspen Dental" is three scams in a trench coat pretending to be a dental office. I wish I'd saved myself the headache and gone to a legitimate office instead of just opting for the easiest, closest choice. This experience has been night and day from my previous dentist.

The worst part is I actually loved the service I got from them on the first visit. It’s everything after leading up to now that has ruined it. I feel like I was scammed into a line of credit under the pretense they could not do work unless it was paid in full, I would have to be reimbursed. They have dragged their feet and I’m sitting here in the hole for a loan and they are sitting there with payment from me and the loan and my insurance. I call every couple of week to be given a runaround of every time or a attitude, and wonder why I’m calling in frustrated. This was all work done in May! Im still sitting waiting for be refunded because I have everything here from my insurance and the loan company showing the Aspen dental not only have double dipped into payments but have intentionally avoided addressing the issue and given nothing but excuse for why this billing issue has taken about 6months to process…still waiting

Avoid if at all possible! This is the most unprofessional medical office I have ever worked with.I had my initial appointment at the end of July because of regular tooth pain caused by a cavity. They told me they would send me a quote for a cleaning and filling the next day. When I never heard from them I called them and was given an exorbitant quote for a cleaning and filling (over $1,000 with insurance). I was told they would see what they could remove from the procedure to lower the cost and call me back. They never called. I spent almost two whole months calling them and being PROMISED they would call back by the end of the day and never heard from them. I checked that they had the correct phone number, that was not the problem, they were just ignoring me. In the almost two month the pain of my cavity has gotten more severe and is impacting my daily life.I finally reached someone who was able to adjust the plan and lower the cost. It will still cost me almost $300. She never once apologized for the unprofessional behavior or offered any sort of compensation in any way.The only reason I stuck with them is that they are the only place in town that takes my insurance and they had already done my X-rays. If this weren’t the case I would have found another dentist who had any interest at all in helping patients.TL/DR: The office is extremely unprofessional and will make it very difficult for you to get necessary and urgent procedures. If you have any other options take them!

I went in for an emergency appointment because of severe pain and waited for 2 hours for the dentist to look in my mouth for less than 2 minutes and say there was nothing wrong. I had to go to a different dental office (not Aspen) the next day to learn that I needed an emergency root canal. They prolonged my pain and wasted my time.

This was the worst dental experience I have ever had. I will never go back here. My husband and I each spent 2 hours here for our first appointments. The assistant and dentist were only with us for about 10-15 minutes out of the whole 2 hours. The pricing makes no sense and they forgot to factor in my insurance.

Well, I should have read the reviews sooner. I'm out almost $8,000. Went in for lower jaw pain and was told I need ALL my top teeth out.Right away a contract was written. I had the problem with the lower jaw fixed but will NOT get dentures (maybe in the future.Worse part is they charged my CareCredit almost $8,000 @ 26.7% interest. I was told it was going to be a promo with no interest for 60 months.Staff is always different too.A dispute will be filed with my credit card company.
