I have been a customer of Amica for home, auto and umbrella for many years and stayed with them because of their excellent customer service, including policy administration, billing, and processing of claims. They are more expensive than some others but their customer service was worth the extra money I thought. This has changed. I submitted two inquiries, with documentation, in July, 2023 and five months later I am still without a response from their Concord, NH office. I’ve followed up repeatedly and get polite responses that my inquiries are “still under review,” or “we apologize, someone will be in touch with you very soon.” One of the inquiries is simple - can I increase my homeowner’s coverage? Five months and still no response? Time to switch insurance companies, obviously.

a client of this fraudulent company did a U turn from the right side of the road directly in front of me , causing a collision which totaled my truck and required me to have shoulder surgery in May of 2001 , this company has Not excepted responsibility for this yet , this was during covid and the retarded claims adjuster nusta been sleeping during covid as you could not get any surgery's much less see a doctor during this time period . This was in New Hampshire and they have gone all the way to Rhode island to find a quack doctor to try to deny the claim , even though two very well qualified doctors have agreed this was a direct result of their clients actions , this company is totally a sham , I am preparing to place liens on everything their client owns and see if this wakes these worthless folks up

They were very fast responding with phone calls, helpful with information and very considerate of the fact one of their members totaled my vehicle and they are going to get me a compensation insurance check for the damages because my vehicle has been quoted by a minimum of 3 Auto body shops (mechanics) and they all CV ame to the same conclusion. My vehicle is totaled. The only issue is, they have yet to send me the actual insurance check for the damages of my vehicle and it's frustrating because I was shockingly, suddenly, abruptly no longer mobile. My jo requires my car to be not just drivable but it has to be completely restored and up to date. But it needs to be, insured, inspected and registrated. Not received the check yet as nd it has been almost 3 MONTHS SINCE I FILED THE CLAIM!!! 3.5 SINCE ACTUAL ACCIDENT TOOK PLACE TOTALLING MY VEHICLE .

I have been with Amica for over 50 years. I have, Auto, Home, and Umbrella policies with them. I have just received my renewals. Home Up 21%. Auto Up 16%. I can count on one hand the number of total claims I have filed in 50 years. I will be FIRING THEM immediately. This is absolutely unacceptable. The Senior Managers I'm sure want BIGGER bonuses. When will this Corporate GREED STOP!!

I have been a loyal Amica policy holder for the past 13 years. Not anymore! Shopped my auto policy to several other carriers for the SAME coverage and I am saving $800 per year on my auto policy by ditching overpriced Amica. During these inflationary times who can afford to pay over $800 in auto insurance premiums with Amica per year? It is definitely worth the effort to shop your insurance policy with other carriers. Buyer beware!

I love having this local office. Over the years I have stopped in and done my auto insurance business in person. So much better then online or on the phone. It still not as good as when the agent would sit at our dinning room table and have a coffee with us. But glad they still provide some decent face to face service.We have been with Amica for 20 or more years after a friend recommended us. They always treat us right for our home, auto and life insurance.

I've had Amica since 2009 and have always had great service from them. I recently had to file a claim for a camper destroyed by mice. After the adjuster came out and inspected the camper, Amica direct deposited the claim amount within just a day or two. I would highly recommend Amica for Home and Auto insurance.
