I'm impressed by Above All Collison. My vehicle was recently repaired there, following a car accident.
Above All kept me up to date throughout the repair process. I received updates by text, and my phone calls were returned promptly.
Alex, a member of their team, had me inspect the work done. He was patient and he answered all my questions. I highly recommend this company!!

Had a failure with my Subaru’s transmission, when other shops were quoting me in the thousands for a total replacement Above All said they could repair it instead for a fraction of the price. Back on the road and still running well six months later.

My son and daughter in law’s car was towed to this shop following a hit and run accident. Above All kept her car, charging storage fees, for nearly 6 weeks.
Shortly after the accident, they contacted my daughter in law to tell her an insurance adjuster had been out to look at her car. Since she didn’t have insurance at the time, she assumed it was the other driver, who had since been found and arrested. Above All was unable to tell her who the insurance company was because they don’t keep records for that kind of thing. She asked, multiple times for an estimate to get the car fixed. He refused, stating that an agent had looked at it. After speaking with the police, the DMV and receiving the accident report, it was confirmed that the other driver also had no insurance. My daughter in law, again tried to get an estimate, and was told no, she needed to turn over the report to him so he could contact the other driver. That’s not how that works, he was just holding on to the car to rack up storage fees, because the car was clearly totaled. The bill was payed and the car was towed to another center that has confirmed that. Now, because she has left them a negative review, they slander her name and accuse her of insurance fraud on a public forum??? This place is a joke and they will be hearing from the lawyer for slander

Terrible place - I had a crumpled fender. They have kept my car for 4 weeks - and still no work on it yet - They won't give me a completion date. They just say 'ordering parts' over and over again. Do not use this business.

If I could give this shop a negative 5 star review, that would still be giving them too much credit.
I was the victim of a hit and run on the highway leaving my vehicle inoperable, and I was over an hour away from home. Based on my location at the time, I apparently had no other option for tow except for Above All Collision. I was promised they'd take good care of my vehicle. It has been well over a month and no one from their shop ever assessed my vehicle. I was always told when I called in that I *had* to work with the shop manager, Matt. I'm still curious about why; he never did or said absolutely anything useful, nor does he appear to have a clue about what goes on in his own shop. According to Manager Matt, they don't keep record of any 3rd parties (like insurance adjusters) that come to assess the vehicles on their property. Any time I asked for clarifying information (or absolutely ANYTHING that would help to point me in the right direction) I was met with rudeness and being hung up on. They never assessed my car, and they never were able to provide me with any information about this mystery adjuster that came to assess my property. They quite literally did nothing at all except add to the problem.
So if you want to confirm facts or details with them in the event you have a debilitating accident, don't count on being able to speak with professionals. Speaking with someone even the slightest bit knowledgeable is a tall order. Lucky for me, I only paid the low price of $1800 to escape their useless clutches, though the itemized details of this expense will probably forever remain a mystery.

Above All did an incredible job! After my car was side swiped in a hit and run incident, Above All was quick to fit me in for a repair estimate. They gave me a timeline for the repair period (which they stuck to), and overall the entire process was seamless and easy. It’s like my car was never damaged. At the end of service, they even detailed my car for me free of charge. I would absolutely bring my car back to them for any external repairs and would recommend them to anyone in the area.

Unfortunately I can't rate the quality if thier work, because they still haven't finished my car. Back in July someone backed into my car and damaged the rear driver's side door, that person's insurance said they recommended this place, at the time I thought they were recommending a good shop. I wasn't able to drop off my car to be worked on until Sept 18th, about two months after the accident, other shops in the area I had called could have gotten me in the week of the accident. It was only supposed to take 5 days, near the end of that initial estimate I called, was told that the replacement door had come in but was sized wrong, irritating but understandable, I was more irritated by the fact they hadn't bothered to call and let me know about the delay. I was told the car should be all set later the following week, when I called later that week I was told there was another delay, apparently the mechanic needed blackout tape to complete the work and that was on order, also they were fixing damage to the front door from the accident, the front door only had a small ding in it that I could have fixed with a hammer in about 20 minutes. I called again this week and now they say it is in line to be painted, hopefully this is true. However they only have one paint booth at the moment because the other isn't working and they don't know why, it didn't sound like they were in much of a rush to fix that booth though, odd seeing as how they need it for work. So hopefully I will be able to get my car back next week, but I'm not going to hold my breath, from the other reviews I've read, which I should have looked into before agreeing to take my car here, they typically take at least three times longer than their estimated time and always seem to have reasons why. To me it seem like they don't plan out their work very well. As far as the communication, I'm not expecting to get an update daily, that's unreasonable, but I should be informed when there is a delay in my repair and when it is back on track. From my experience they don't actually care about getting your car back to you as soon as possible and are hurt trying to make as much money off the repair as they can. Never going use them again if I need bodywork. I'm willing to bet all the great reviews they have are bought.Services: Painting
