If I could put down negative reviews on CVS I would. Pharmacy is totally disorganized and when I went in there both yesterday and today they gave two different stories. They argued the point with me about a prescription that the doctor sent and they would not return the old prescription, which I was instructed to return. Trying to pick up medication for a temporary client who desperately needs it and they were given instructions from their doctor to return the medication back to the pharmacy after speaking with the pharmacy themselves. So I returned back to the pharmacy today to have the pharmacy dispose of the old medication. The cashier there that I dealt with was on the phone with me yesterday and today and rude as hell each time.. when I could get thru.. so I decided to tell her off and the pharmacist himself told me I needed to leave and I said “why do I need to leave because I am speaking the truth? “I hollered out that the pharmacy sucks and that some patients need their medication. I will go to Rite Aid because they are professional and they actually do what they’re supposed to do ! CVS SUCKS!!!
So today, I walked with my client back to the CVS in Claremont NH. Since I was banned yesterday from that location.. my client had no choice but to go in solo. My client was treated rudely as well by the same cashier in pharmacy department. She is a shorter, but heavy set woman with long brown hair. She actually copped an attitude with my client because my client wanted To be waited on. That woman even had an attitude with my client when asked about disposing of the medication and there was receptacle. She actually had the audacity to put her hands on her hips and move her hips around like she was a big bit.. Sad thing is that the pharmacist who is a guy heard the entire entire conversation and didn’t even do anything about it. He heard the cashier being rude to the customer and he did nothing to resolve the issue. Do yourselves a favor and don’t come to this particular pharmacy because they’re rude. They’re unprofessional and they suck.!!

One pharmacist should sign up for a course from excellent customer service. I have not met with being treated like she treated me today in a long time. Unacceptable! I am not planning on using CVS for my medications anymore but I did for years. Please thank for this to your gorgeous pharmacist. She will undoubtedly take yet more customers away from you.

We've been using this CVS for years now. Unfortunately our insurance won't cover the same medicines at Rite-Aid on Pleasant St. We absolutely hate the CVS pharmacy. Most everybody in town does. They close when they want, open when they want. Never trust the posted hours, CALL THEM. Don't trust the texting system! I cannot tell you how many times I've gotten the text message from CVS Pharmacy saying "your prescription is ready to be picked up" and when I get there to pick it up it, it is in fact NOT READY! "It'll be about an hour sir", even then I've had multiple times I've come back and it's still not ready... I'm not making this stuff up. They really are the most unreliable and unorganized pharmacy I've ever dealt with. There are only 2 pharmacy's in town and unfortunately a lot of citizens are in the same boat with blue cross blue shield and the inability to utilize the other pharmacy in town. I have been able to use "Rite-Aid" on occasion and they seem to have a few quirks of their own (I've only witnessed these quirks standing in line or waiting for something to be filled, I've personally never had any hiccups with them), but I've never had issues anywhere close to what I've dealt with at 1 Wall St. CVS in Claremont. This review is the pharmacy and pharmacy staff only, the retail store is well stocked and typically helpful staff. GOODLUCK!

If I could do negative stars I would. The pharmacy should just close because they can’t handle it. Have been in twice in last two days and first day there was a girl there that was soo rude to someone else and today to me. They refuse to answer the phone. Looking forward to a new pharmacy in 2024. BTW Debbie, in the store and sometimes cashier in pharmacy is fabulous!!

Wish I could give negative number of stars. As others have stated, this is the absolute worste pharmacy in the state and likely the country. They won't bother to answer the phone. Some days they simply don't bother to even open. I have no idea why this store hasn't been closed yet. I'll never know if they ever improve, because I will NEVER go into another CVS anywhere again.

A friend was visiting from out of state, and her prescription medication ran out. It was imperative that she not miss a dose. I went to cvs in claremont nh and they were awesome. They listened patiently and had her prescription filled in under 10 minutes. Everyone from the cashier to pharmacist was extremely helpful and courteous. Thank you, CVS

Usually a long wait for prescriptions but the staff is friendly and helpful so it makes the situation a little easier to deal with.

This pharmacy has fallen so far in the past year they are so short staffed that they can't keep up with electronic prescriptions and pre-authorizations. This CVS is so short staffed they closed the drive thru about a year ago, waiting on hold forever and that's if your call is even answered. I would like to know if this is because of CVS's involvement and settlement in the large law suit.

Waiting 2 hrs for pharmacy to answer the phone !! Waiting 2 weeks for meds then having to travel out of town to another CVS to have meds filled !! Absolutely unexceptable !! Being told meds would be ready in 4 hrs only to show up wait in line 45 minutes just to be told meds are not available because they did not come in !! Stop lying !!! Having to go over a week without important meds is not Right

never left a review ever and probably wont thats how frustrating this place is. im not from around here and I am low on my inhaler and the robot keeps saying talk to a person and they refuse to answer no matter how long im on hold. if you cant answer a phone you should not be working anywhere. pure laziness

Do NOT get your prescriptions here! It is the most unreliable pharmacy. If you want your prescriptions filled on time and do not want to make 5 trips into town to get them, pick a different pharmacy. This place is an absolutely disaster and I often overhear other people in line say they're switching pharmacies because this one sucks! I should've gotten the hint sooner!
