They showed up with a truck much smaller than the one they said they be using. so they were unable to carry everything because the truck was too small. They refused to come back for a second load as they were only scheduled for one load. charge $2800 and reduced it by $200 because they couldn’t complete the job, I suggest getting it in writing that they will take everything that they state they will take to begin with!

No organization. They through anything in sight into a box. Even if it was tagged DO NOT PACK. I should have paid more for a national firm.

We worked with Anne and Nate to move my mother from Springfield to Georgia and everything about the move went great. The guys who worked the move were excellent and very professional. And the handoff for the move to Georgia happened almost immediately and that leg of the move was handled very well. And the price we paid was right in the range we were quoted. No surprises. Great people to work with.

I didn't end up needing them but I just want to say the lady that answers the phone and does all the scheduling is so nice and efficient and works hard to accommodate date changes etc. There are a lot of businesses that could learn how to run a business from her. Thank you, sorry I never got your name.

I called & hired Chase Movers to move heavy furniture out of my garage & barn and into my house. One of the items was a very large couch, everyone said it was to big to fit through the narrow doors. The two men from Chase worked hard to find the right angle and were successful in getting the couch exactly where I wanted it. They worked very hard moving everything in its place. I highly recommend Chase The Movers, they took great care not to damage my furniture and hardwood floors. I hired them for three hours, they finished in two & a half hours and only charged for the two & half hours. I was very pleased with the cost, well worth it.

We planned to move from New Hampshire to Colorado in March 2020. We did not want our items so sit in a warehouse, or to be transferred between trucks. So we looked for a company which would handle door-to-door. Chase the Mover/Hanover Transfer was an obvious choice due to their local reputation.

These guys were wonderful. We needed them for a few hours. They charged by the hour. The team was very professional. They arrived exactly when they said and got right to work. They did not take a break the whole 4.5 hours they were here. They removed furniture from a cabin with a very small front door without a scratch, then installed into a house with a brand new paint job not a mark on the walls. Very friendly people. I would use them again if I needed anything moved. Very Happy in Plainfield
