“Had a great experience with this dealership! My husband and I got lucky and saw a fantastically priced listing on KBB. Messaged them through the KBB portal and got a friendly email from Dan Miller first thing the next morning and he quickly hopped on a call to talk through what I was looking for.
Even though it was a bit of a drive from where we live, the service and price made it well worth it. Dan made everything easy and was refreshingly straightforward with us the entire time. None of the usual pushy upselling or over-the-top fake enthusiasm we got everywhere else we shopped. He was also communicative (but not obnoxious) during the wait for plates and title.
Don't think I could have imagined an easier or more pleasant purchasing experience.”

“Jason and Brandi run an amazing, honest, family owned business- all very kind people! I unfortunately had a fair bit of vandalism. Brandi was super welcoming and informative when I first arrived. Jason pointed out damage I had not seen with his attention to detail, attested his findings to my insurance company, and went to bat on my behalf on multiple occasions. He was patient in explaining the repairs and cost breakdown for someone who knows very little about cars. To get to the actual work his team did, I can’t say enough. All areas that needed rather sharp lined dents removed and paint redone came back looking as good as new. Their work is definitely an art, they’re very skilled at what they do. Jason coordinated with another business to get my glass repaired and the car rental company, which was weight off my shoulders. He was very communicative and quick to respond via email or phone.
Very hardworking family and team at 603 metalworks, they do exceptional work with top notch customer service. I’d recommend them time and again. Their huge dog is an additional perk when you’re there!”

“I blew a rod in my engine in NC and had to tow it back to NH. After calling multiple shops and having them all tell me it would be at least 5k to repair or replace I brought it to Joes Family Car Care. He was very compassionate and took the time to look for recalls on my car and alternative solutions. The people there are very kind, willing to listen to your concerns, and very well informed. I would recommend anyone to go to Joes if you’re having issues and want to be heard/ respected.”

“Was around when this shop started in a beat-up old garage. They have evolved in a very good body shop. Unfortunately, my vehicle took 8+ weeks to repair because of ‘supply chain issues’ - I just don’t know if that was 100% the reason they took so long.”
“The team here is great! My tire change went well and they made great time for being short staffed. Very friendly staff all around. Moe and Richard went the extra mile for me and fit me in when they were over booked. I would have given 5 stars, however Walmart’s corporate is not supporting this shop as best as they could. Corporate is double booking appointments online and will not fix the technical issues. It’s extremely unfair for the technicians as they’re already understaffed. Thank you to the team. Corporate Walmart needs to do better.”

“Great experience buying from Kieley Roach. I went on line to view a trk, entered my trade in and didn't think I could make everything work to get the trk I wanted. Kieley followed up with an email and we went back and forth (she was very responsive) over 2 days and I came in on a Saturday to meet her. Talk to her straight, tell her what you want, tell her what you can do and she will present you options. About 2 hrs and my 2019 was traded in and I left in a 2023. All done with some fun and laughs. Ask for Kieley!”
