Nice enough guy who runs it unfortunately I went through the financing there and it’s been nothing but a nightmare. Fair price but be careful when getting financing through them. Otherwise you are going to pay way more than you bargain for and get hit with hidden fees.

The vibe in here was terrifying and they had basically nothing in store. At least a 3-6 week turn around time so if you don’t have time to wait I don’t recommend
Edit after owners response: no, the store in Claremont is the one we visited. The salesman said there was only one mattress (that we were interested in) available in stock and stated any of the other ones would be a the 3-6 week turn around time. Maybe the salesman need to be re trained on selling mattresses because there was no mention of other king mattresses in stock and the gloomy dingy atmosphere made it less than pleasant to shop. Cash and carry is much better and right across the street!

I want to give a huge thank you to the manager at the store. Several months ago he helped us get a new mattress. He was kind and patient and delivered the mattress and box spring to our home. I forgot to get the correct cash for the delivery and over paid him at the time. I forgot that he was supposed to bring me change back. A couple of months went by and he stop by our house after a delivery and gave me the cash back for over paying on the delivery fee.
This shows me he is a man of integrity and honesty. Most managers would not take the time to do this. I would recommend him to anyone that was looking for good service and good pricing. Thank you for your kindness and honesty.

I purchased a Bora Bora queen mattress from the Claremont NH store and was very disappointed. I went to return it and was informed that there are no returns on most mattresses. I saw on the website that there was a 120 day comfort guarantee so you could imagine my surprise. I was encouraged to use the Claremont store by family members who have purchased 3 mattress’s there and said they were very happy with the experience. Unfortunately I am now left with a $999 mattress that is not the right one and had to purchase another mattress at a different mattress retailer. I am very dissatisfied that the store will not take the return as it is in perfect condition and I still have the plastic it came in. I would not recommend this store.

Dana was fabulous to work with extremely knowledgeable and helpful (he even helped us load the truck) great selection and great customer service we previously purchased a mattress from them about a year ago and it just didn’t fit the bill of what we wanted too soft I called today explained the situation and that I’d really like something firmer and an adjustable bed frame Dana worked an amazing deal for us took the old mattress back and found us the exact mattress we wanted and fully explained the features of our new adjustable base he was great 10/10 I will purchase again in the future and I will continue to highly recommend this business

Sooo, I screwed up. Big time. After 15 years, my beloved Beautyrest mattress finally reached the end of its life. Sleep was elusive as the craters deepened.Wanting another 15 year commitment, I braced myself, knowing that quality would not be cheap. A trip to a couple of stores quickly convinced me that the selection and prices at America’s Mattress, which had excellent reviews, were good. I picked another quality Beautyrest, paid my money and looked forward to sleeping again. Delivery was fast. So was the realization that a small person and an extra firm mattress (like sleeping on the floor!) were a very bad match. What was I thinking???Today I turned up at America’s, almost weeping when I realized upon arrival that Tuesdays were the store’s one day off. I called the number on the door, and Dale, the owner, told me he’d be there in 20 minutes.The replacement mattress, medium firm with pillow top, will arrive in the morning. Dale lent me a mattress topper to get me through the night. These guys (all two of them, who do everything including delivery) are just awesome!! Businesses like this are so rare in today’s world. I am sending all my friends and family. These guys rock.

It was a great experience working with Dana at Americas Mattress. He was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and didn't try to up-sell me into buying more than I needed or was looking for. Delivery and set up was great -- Dana and Joel delivered on a schedule that was convenient to my schedule and were professional and meticulous about setting up the bed. I look forward to purchasing from them again in the future.

I was amazed at how fantastic Americas Mattress in Claremont NH was to purchase my new bed. The owner, Dana, was courteous and responsive as soon as i first contacted him. He took the time to explain the various stock on hand after hearing what i was looking for, and took the time to break everything down and answer all of my questions. He met me at the store the next day and was as personable and professional as he could be. The showroom was excellent and the stock easy to see and experience up close. He gave me a great price and I was more than happy with the purchase. The next step was the delivery to my house, which was that same day. He hauled away my old bed and frame and neatly and quickly brought in and set up the new bed set. He did this all with a smile on his face and a level of professionalism and courtesy that was above and beyond what you would usually find in a store of any kind. He made buying my new bed a pleasurable, quick and easy process. I can't recommend highly enough Americas Mattress in Claremont NH. If you or anyone you know is in the market for a top-notch bed set in a first-rate store run by a great professional and courteous owner, this is definitely the place to go. We just replaced a mattress with these folks. What a great experience! Throughout the entire process we were educated about the products differed and he gave us the space to make the right decision for ourselves - never tried to hard sell to a more expensive mattress. After unloading 100 mattresses they made the trip out on time to deliver our mattress. Highly recommended - if you live in or near Claremont and need a mattress, go! They will treat you like family.
