You have absolutely no idea how lucky we were to encounter this dealership. We looked at a Honda fit all the way in Whitman mass that was, to be frank, uncared for and junk. Then we found THE EXACT SAME ONE in mint condition well taken care of and a beauty in this dealership. As we explored the location, we meet Mike the owner, Mike was patient caring and very professional. We firmly believe that he is the exact opposite of a used car salesman which is what everyone who drives needs in their life. The transaction was great and we got the needed car and best service possible. The dealership is far but I can assure you that the drive is worth it. I would buy from this dealership again in a heartbeat. We wish we could leave more stars. Thank you Mike!

This family run dealership is wonderful. We found them via car guru and bought a vehicle recently. We live in Maine and they were great to deal with from a distance. Their cars are quality, their dealership is emaculate and Mike and Larry are genuinely honest.

We needed to get into a newer car and read reviews on Phillips and everyone had such nice things to say about Mike and Larry. We decided to go in and take a look not intending to make a decision that day but we did. Mike was nice and did not pressure us at all. It was such a refreshing car buying experience! There was no haggling for hours, no pressure, we got to test drive it ourselves. When we went back with the loan check to pick up the car, Larry was so kind and had all the paper work ready for us. My husband and daughter had to meet us and he was so patient. He has a good sense of humor and it felt like I was sitting at his dining room table. I'm usually nervous at dealerships, and this was more excitement. Mike stayed late when we needed him to and he was always available during the 2 days we had to get finances in order. He always encouraged us not to stress. My parents came up and met Larry and even my mom had all good feelings. We are excited for our new adventure in our Jeep! Thanks Mike and Larry!

In an interesting reversal of roles, I met Mike (owner of Phillips Auto Sales) when I was advertising MY car for sale! From our initial communication to the final sale, Mike was incredibly respectful of my time, super flexible, and very understanding of my situation.Let's be honest, the steps involved with selling a car are almost as stressful as the steps with buying a car. Fortunately, Mike made it a priority to adapt to my schedule and timeline, gave a very competitive offer, and kept in constant contact with me throughout the entire process (and even after the sale!).Simply put, the car industry needs more people like Mike.Heck, the world needs more people like Mike.Thank you again, Mike! Great place to buy a quality vehicle. I have bought 3 vehicles from Phillip's Auto over the coarse of 20yrs. No presure sales , friendly folks and good prices. They had the vehicles detailed, fresh oil, and state inspected and ready on delivery time. I even get a call every yr on my birthday ! Check out their website but if u don't see what you need/ want , Mike or Larry will do their best to find it for you.

This place is great. Mike was super nice and helpful, felt very comfortable dealing with him. Felt like we were friends/family. They went above and beyond with staying open a bit later when I was running late, and even serviced the car prior to me picking it up. They sold me a great car at a great price. So I Bought a vehicle from Phillips auto about 3 months ago now They are small car dealer family owned Very polite and Courteous They seem to keep their prices Under book value I had a Small issue with a window switch I called them up He got his mechanic to get another one they put it in Free of charge I don't normally write Reviews But if your looking for a good used car and you tried the rest Now try the best small car dealer in New Hampshire.
