“I'm a farmer in NH. I have issues with the deicer water trough heaters every year, so I buy the Protection+ warranty because I know they will need replaced. The warranty company wants me to ship it back to them, wait a while and get a gift card for the oruchse price. I can't do that with livestock. The folks at this store go above and beyond to ensure my animals have water in winter. I just bring in the broken ones and they exchange it and deal with the warranty company themselves. We won't use any other boarding place, as we know that our babies will be spoiled while we're on vacation and we also get photos and updates when we check in on them.”
