Next Level is the only place I trust. I literally drive 50 minutes to go see them. They are always on top of recalls, etc. and they are so careful and thorough when they look the car over. Maybe more importantly to me, they are also very clear about emailing an estimate that includes what they are doing and what it will cost. As someone on a tight budget, I appreciate that. The owners are also really nice and professional and they go out of their way to be welcoming.
My 2010 Honda had needed a decent amount of work in the past couple years, but this summer it was going to cost too much for it to make sense to fix it. I was so appreciative of the time that they took to explain what the dealership would see and probably say. They talked with me and broke down the list of things they found and some I’d been putting off, so they could help me decide what had to be done in order to be safe and to trade the car in. I was relieved that the car was useable and I wasn’t going to get pulled over, but also that I’d managed to save money. Thanks Next Level!

honestly, they got me in and out of there in less than a days worth of work, and that i’m surprised about and happy with, they charged me a reasonable amount, and for what they did, my car runs better than it did when i got it. i like this place mainly because i live right in loudon so its pretty convenient, plus it’s at the end of manchester street. the shop itself is very communicative and asked as many questions as they needed to get what i needed done, as well as they explained everything in depth and ensured i understood what they meant

Honest and friendly, everyone here truly cares about you and your car and doing the best job possible. Prompt and thorough work done right. Their location is great and the atmosphere there is very positive, which reflects the energy of all the people who work there. Obviously run by people with great values which was very apparent in every interaction. I highly recommend them. They have a great Google rating that brought me there and now I see why.
