My family and I were traveling with a boat and trailer to Lake Champlain and we had a tire blowout. Spare no good. Called them from Route 91 North about 25 mins away from us. Guy was super nice and helpful and sent 2 guys to our location right away with 2 new tires. The guys were super nice and sympathetic to us. Very professional and got us back on the road very quickly. We were so thankful for them coming to our rescue and helping us to get on our way to our family vacation. Would highly recommend then. Thanks again!!

VERY reasonable, GREAT care, and TRUE community feel. Tires, suspension, talk to Chesterfield. You won't go wrong. Call for an appointment or drop in with an issue, and they've always done their best to get me back on the road quickly. THANKS, GUYS!

Left grease all over my door and window controls, that's the ONLY negative I have to say about my most recent visit. My mechanic recommended this place, as they had not heard anything extremely negative of late, and I have been here in the past so I made an appointment for the next day. They did accidentally stumble upon a leaking valve stem, as I was leaving and had already paid, they offered to fix it, once they wiped off my door so I could get it, NOT ruining another piece of clothing (different story, different review, different company); they were expeditious in getting the new valve stem replaced! They didn't ask me to get out, instead asked me to drive it into the bay so I didn't have to get back out, and pulled the tire while I patiently waited - I didn't move too much as it was on a jack, I didn't want to be the cause of a jack slipping; but it was MUCH faster than the work I had scheduled to be done, not their fault that New England is hard on cars. There was a slight mishap in the order of operations upon my initial arrival, but once that got all straight, I waited, patiently, for them to do the work I had scheduled. Although it did take them over an hour to do the work, I had shown up early, so I waited longer than any other customer, but they have a HUGE TV in the office/waiting area, so I watched "A man on fire", heard from another customer that the book was JUST as good, now I'll find a copy, I know how it ends, but I don't mind. Walter was VERY jovial, and understanding when there was a mix up, I do wish I had been able to afford to leave a tip there but I have expenses that I need to cover too. All they guys were VERY polite, even after they had accidentally found the valve stem leak, Walter came out to joke about them not wanting me to leave, amused at the amount of time I waited inside since I was originally going to wait for the appointment time in my car, but I had to hand over my key to the worker that wanted it, so I did as asked, then spent an entertaining afternoon in there; thankful for their find, especially since I had that tire repaired a few months ago. I don't need to spend my days pumping up my tires, because I do have that capability now, thanks to a friend that sold me tire inflator, but it does explain why that tire has caused me to meet some people in the weirdest of ways, the valve stem has now been replaced on it 3 times! I'm not sure why it is that tire, or what causes this to happen, but when I price tires, I hope this place has the best price in ALL of New England so I have another excuse to hang out in the office and 'watch', what ever is happening, it was fun to watch and try not to laugh out loud when other customers have their moments too. I've been here for work in the past, but as of late I haven't had a need to come here; if not for a simple mix up in what vehicle was getting pressure checked, I would have spent the rest of the year pumping air into that tire before every trip, because I've already had the whole tire repaired, new seal and valve stem at different garage in a different state, and they didn't make it up, it's not like a place couldn't retro bill me if I paid with a card (AT&T has done it many times), as I paid in cash, there would be NO reason to say it was a bad valve stem if that wasn't the case, and Walter NEVER asked me to pay for that repair, only came out to joke about them not wanting me to leave - which is nice, as often times I am Not wanted, so it was oddly endearing. As I say, if budget is right, and the price is right, I'll come here for tires in the next few seasons, as they definitely will be remembered as a "go to". As for people that may have the initial thought of trying to get more money out of me, no, they honestly pressure checked my tires, on accident, and their worker asked me if I'd be okay with them fixing an issue they found, and I am SO THANKFUL, I wish I had their names, but I call a great "Bob Ross"

I had a new tube put in my rusty old wheel for my wood trailer somewhere else. 24 hours later it was flat. I took at the Chesterfield tire, the guy said I think I can fix that. He took it apart, cleaned it up, oiled it up, put a valve stem protector on it. Did a wonderful job, how to can do attitude. I'm confident it will last for years

Stellar folks to work with! I got stranded two hours from home and had to leave my car on the lot without talking with them beforehand (they were closed). The following workday they diagnosed the problem and sent me on my way. Justin was super helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks!
