“Ordered an item that website said was in stock. Box arrived with the wrong item. Checked the website and now it says out of stock. Still have to pay to return the wrong item. I guess they hoped I'd keep the wrong one.
Update - customer service made sure the correct item was shipped quickly and safely. Pleased to change the status to 5 stars!”
