“Phil went above and beyond on my 2013 F150! I brought it in to have rusted rocker panels fixed to pass inspection.First he invited me to stop by so he could check it out. Phil took a look, said no problem, gave me a quote and squeezed me into his schedule. He had the repairs done early and on budget…but I was so pleasantly surprised to find my truck detailed inside and out and additional small rust areas were fixed as well which were not in the quote. The truck literally looks better than new (and it passed inspection after these repairs).From the first phone call to picking up my truck, this was a professional and courteous experience. “Birch Street Collision, is the best. My SUV, was sideswiped. I brought my SUV in for an estimate, they did it while I waited. They made the whole process easy and quick. They even called the rental company to pick me up for my rental car. The work they did on my car was PERFECT, including a scratch, that wasn't even part of the insurance claim.
