“I blew a rod in my engine in NC and had to tow it back to NH. After calling multiple shops and having them all tell me it would be at least 5k to repair or replace I brought it to Joes Family Car Care. He was very compassionate and took the time to look for recalls on my car and alternative solutions. The people there are very kind, willing to listen to your concerns, and very well informed. I would recommend anyone to go to Joes if you’re having issues and want to be heard/ respected.”
“Called for a tow on a Sunday night around 9pm. Showed up within about 15 minutes. Driver was very knowledgeable. He knew exactly how to load Tacoma with broken control arm onto flatbed without causing any further damage. Very fair charge for service. Would highly recommend!”
