I have had packages get there at 6AM and not make it to delivery, and days when we don't get mail at all. They have awesome people, but how long would you be able to do your job without the resources that are essential, and given extra work, and less time to do it.”

“My husband was having trouble with his phone & couldn't get the QR code needed for a return. The manager, Pam, kept the item & gave him her cell # so I could text it to her, saving him a 1/2 hour trip back. Great customer service!”
