“I had an excellent experience with Sam yesterday at the Claremont location. I had dropped off some Amazon returns and apparently hadn't printed all of the QR codes for the items. She called me after I left the store, as she was concerned that I get the appropriate amount of refund money I was due, and we were able to walk thru what she needed to finish processing the remaining items and I am very appreciative of her excellent customer service! Sam was courteous, patient and very helpful!”
