Rented a carpet cleaner Saturday and picked it up from the Laconia location. Got it to my shop and there was an issue. Contacted Eric in Center Harbor and he loaded up another machine and brought it to my shop within 1/2 hour.Problem resolved with customer service.Bravo Zulu!!!

Great store. They basically have everything. But its convenience you pay for. People there are friendly and knowledgeable.

This place is amazing! You would think its just hardware but they have SO MUCH MORE!! I can't even list so you'll have to see for yourself but it's totally worth the stop.. What a great find!
