I can't say enough great things about Whitehill Estates Steven and Julie Steiner they went above and beyond helping me Sell my Uncles estate in Claremont N.H. after a year of court battles with removing Squatters. I never had to step foot in New Hampshire they handled all detail to get this property on the market and had it sold within 2 weeks. Whitehill Estates and Homes was amazing to work with. I was looking for dynamic and exciting realtor to work with. Someone not stuck in the old ways, and able to move quickly. I really valued Steve and Julies ability to keep me up to date on how the property was preforming and step by step during the sale.Both Steve and Julie have a great sense of humor and I personally value that a lot, especially in the real estate business. If you're looking for a team that actually works for you, and not themselves then Steve and Julie are the team for you. I highly recommend them.

We had a great experience working with Julie to purchase a home in this challenging market. She was available anytime that we needed her and made time for showings that worked into our schedules. Communication was excellent during the entire process. Julie and Steven assisted during our home inspection when we couldn't make it from out of state and made sure that everything went smoothly. Steven and Julie were instrumental in completing the sale of an Estate property in New Hampshire. Living in Colorado, communication was essential, a strength of Steven and Julie. In the last three years, my wife and I bought and sold our condo in Conway, NH. With some guidance from Steven, we used Julie to help us purchase and sell the condo. The sale had added complexity since my wife, and I had both left the Conway area and had to coordinate everything remotely. In addition, Julie had to do extra work since we weren't there to respond to requests from the new buyer. However, Julie was patient, positive, helpful with questions, and consistently responsive throughout the process. I highly recommend Julie and Steven to anyone buying a home in the New England area.

Ken and I met Steven over the phone just about a year ago. We had been looking at property in New Hampshire for a while, we just had a question on a parcel we were on and by chance he was the one that called us back. A year later we finally own property thanks to Stevens patience with the many question we threw at him and then Julie. Because we live out of state they researched each property for us and helped us get all the questions that we had answered. We finally closed on one in Washington at Lake Ashuelot. They were amazing through the whole experience. I would highly recommend them especially if you are in the same situation as us and live out of state. I am proud to say that not only have we gained a great business relationship with them but would now consider them new friends.

We had the great pleasure of working with Julie and Steve Stiener to Purchase our New Hampshire home. After we contacted them to look at a house they had listed, we sat down and spent a lot of time so that they could have an idea of what we were looking for. we looked at quite a few houses. There was no high-pressure sales tactics. After some time looking at quite a few homes, they found the perfect home for us.
