Terrible service at the home store in Conway . My wife bought a piece that weighed approx 500 lbs . I needed to travel for four hours to get to the store. So asked if I could set up a time to gave someone help me load on my truck they no it's your responsibility. So my wife and I had to take it apart and load are self. A customer saw what we were doing and said I wish I could help. But no help from staff . After spending close to 2000 dollars . I thought a couple strong people could help for 10 minutes .? But no . So again terrible service . They should be ashamed .

We went through Chicken Lumber after r house fire had nothing but problems then we had extra Lumber and other stuff to be sent back and a year later we finally get a credit after hassling the guy and it wasn't even close to what he owed us I definitely feel like we were taken advantage of I would not recommend doing business with these people

We never been to Chick Lumber before but we did enjoy it they were very very helpfull!! We now know where to go for building products now and we will go back!
