A few years ago we were interested in a small vacation condo in the Conway area. Janet was well versed in the available properties. She quickly assembled a number of vacation homes within our stated parameters for us to tour during our short available timeframe. She was knowledgeable re. the condo fees and rules. She negotiated favorably and we had a quick sale and closing. Janet and Jack continue to stay in touch with us years later, not only to check in and provide holiday greetings, but also to provide us with publications and information to update us on the area.
