EDR provided and excellent overview of two of our rental septic systems - as well as providing corrective action on lines from basement to tank - this was done quickly and professionally - I would highly recommend EDR for your inspection and corrective needs.

Ed came out for a home inspection. He was punctual, courteous, well mannered, super friendly and helpful! Extremely fast email responses and fast with the report! Would recommend him for anyone who needs a septic inspection!

We have a vacation home up north after calling around we found that EDR was the most knowgabl and fair at pricing around. They picked up the first call and where abel to schedule us at a resonable time frame. There communication was fantastic during the whole process epically us not being up there full time. All I can say is I would highly recommend them to anyone.

EDR is the best in the business. If you are looking for somebody who is not only reliable, fair and honest, than Dan & Lynn are who you need to call. Their expertise has saved me and some of my clients thousands of dollars. Their customer service is unmatched. And, they truly care about their customers, making sure every customer understands what is in the ground and condition of it. I would be doing myself and my clients a disservice if I were to recommend anybody but EDR.

We had a great experience, if you can call a failing septic a great experience.We bought a 1770 antique home. With charm.(Charm is a sales word for failing, antique, uninsulated, and bubbling cesspools of things you don't want to see, or smell).EDR came out, did an inspection, determined the level of septic failure, and helped make a foolproof plan to make repairs, and keep us financially above water.Without them, we would still be bubbling along, timing showers and laundry precariously.I can't tell you how refreshing it was to work with a family owned, and operated company that cared about us.Thank you Dan and Lynn!

I originally called EDR & Family Septic Inspections when I thought my septic was failing, I couldn't be more pleased with their response. Dan and his wife were thorough, professional, and efficient, they also took the time to discuss my options when they confirmed it was failing. When digging during the inspection they placed a tarp on the grass to keep the process as neat as possible. From scheduling to the final report, the process was seamless. A couple days later my pump failed and they came right over and fixed it, even showed us how to manually trigger the pump if we had further issues. I highly recommend them for their excellent service, attention to detail and professionalism.

If i could give 0 stars i would. Everything was OK till the price came I to question. The guy Dan doing the job not only got aggressive in his tonality but tried charging me (his words we are in winter hours) witch was $25 additional. The day before we hired them I called and was told let me call the owner to confirm pricing. I was told it's 300 or 325 if the group is frozen. To add it was 50° outside when he arrived. When I told him this he was visibly very upset and angry witch is unprofessional and disturbing. My pregnant wife was upset and was I with his attitude and lack of professionalism. He told me that he is the owner and knows his prices (again in a aggressive manner clearly trying to intimidate). If you are looking septic inspection I'd advise to hire else where if you want to be treated properly.

Dan and Lynn are so amazing! They helped us with misc. septic pump work in Moultonborough, NH and every interaction with them was incredibly professional. They responded instantly with every question or request I had and they gave detailed reports with photos on the same day that we had them over for service.
