“Ya'll if anyone knows the ins and outs of how an auto shop runs, it's me, so I'm hard to impress. From the very first phone call when I talked to Bill, I had an idea this was going to be my next shop (needed to find a new one after moving to the area). He was so kind and personable when giving me the "run-down" or how this shop works. It was effortless to set up an appointment with him and he had an estimated price almost instantly. I was able to drop off the car before I went into work and they had it done before I could even get to a lunch break! The paying over the phone and the after hours pick up worked flawlessly as well. The real proof is in the pudding though: the product they delivered. Not only was everyone super nice and knowledgeable, but my car was back to tip-top condition when I picked it up! It drives like a dream and I feel safe in it again. I will not only be bringing all of my vehicles here from now on, but I will be recommending this shop to everyone I know. When you find a good shop like this one, you make sure everyone knows. Because if you have a car, you know being able to trust a shop with it is huge, and Eurasian allows me to do that with them.”
“Dan is an absolute expert. I thought I had a good mechanic until I came to Dan from the previous mechanic's recommendation and Dan took 3 seconds to figure out what the other guys spent half a day trying to figure out with my brakes. Also fixed some holes in my frame for much less than expected, and got snow tires on the day after I called to make an appointment. The location is a little hard to find if using GPS- it's behind the main road, and there's a hefty card use fee so remember to bring your giant wads of cash.”

“Technically they didn't make a cent off me because the insurance ended up totaling my wife's car. But my goodness did they go out of their way for us, making phone calls to adjusters and managers and whatnot. That being said, this is a place you go when insurance is footing the bill. They're gonna do really good work with OEM parts and whatnot. This is not some hole-in-the-wall bodyshop that's gonna weld your frame back together or bondo up some body rust so you can pass inspection. Both types of places are equally important, just understand what they do before you go there.”

“I'm a BELIEVER! Roadtripping from Maine to the Finger Lakes, NY with my family, we started hearing a rattle. Feeling uneasy, we called 5 or 6 shops in the Concord area to see if they could take it in and look at it, we got turned down every time. On a whim, I drove it down the street from my inlaws to Kezar Automotive. Upon entering, it was clean, cool and bright. The friendly folks at the desk heard my needs and saw to it that their "Toyota guy" take a look immediately. "Al" came out to greet us, took it out for a quick drive and pulled it into the bay. 20 minutes later... our car was fixed! The experience was 100% wonderful, the price was right and my faith in honest, local mechanics has been restored. Thanks for getting my family safely back on the road. “I've been Bringing my families vehicles to Eric for 15 years. Ford, Toyota, BMW, Jeep, Lexus, and Gmc. He has replaced engines, repaired axels, and standard maintenance service such as inspections/brakes/rotors/tires. He has always stood by his work and if it was more appropriate to bring to the dealership for the repair he told me. I can't say enough about the place and recommend him all the time to people in the area. For the record, I moved from 2 miles away, to half an hour away and still find a way to bring my autos to his station. Excellent service, great local repair shop.”
