“Technically they didn't make a cent off me because the insurance ended up totaling my wife's car. But my goodness did they go out of their way for us, making phone calls to adjusters and managers and whatnot. That being said, this is a place you go when insurance is footing the bill. They're gonna do really good work with OEM parts and whatnot. This is not some hole-in-the-wall bodyshop that's gonna weld your frame back together or bondo up some body rust so you can pass inspection. Both types of places are equally important, just understand what they do before you go there.”
“O’Reily pricing on corporate scale is higher than others but thats not on the store itself.
The staff is amazing to work with, always get me the right part and are quick with orders. If they don’t have what you need same day, it’s never more than a day in my experience. Haven’t had an issue with any of the staff there. Definitely all deserve a raise for sure”

“I've been buying vehicles at Benson's for over 10 years now, always amazing service. This last week I had an issue with my vehicle and reached out to Dan Hughes, my care salesman and he came in on his day off (4th of July) to help me and get me set up with a loaner vehicle until I could get my car to the shop. This is the difference from other larger dealerships. The shop fixed my car quickly and got less than they originally quoted. I will continue to do business here indefinitely.”

“I was able to call in the morning and get an appointment on the spot for an oil change then there was also a recall on my car that wasn’t even announced yet that it that they were able to fix. I was in area to dropping off. My car was very simple and I got a ride to where I was going for my grandparents so I’m grateful that you guys could fit me in and that I was able to get an oil change and some other needed work.”

“My husband was referred here by a co-worker and I explained he should definitely feel comfortable getting work done here. This garage has been a place I used to go with my grandfather as a child and I knew his son's run it now who grew up with all my cousins. I came with my husband to pick up his truck and Ron didn't know me by my married name. So after my husband had already "Taken care of Business" and Ron treated us fair and did exceptional work - sending us progress photos along the way. Once they were done taking care of everything my husband came out to get me and then I think we had a 20 minute conversation with Ron about all my family, all the mutual people we knew and the incredible reputation this garage still has after all these years! “The work was great. I was very impressed. The only gripe that I would have is that the car sat outside, untouched for a couple weeks after I was told to leave it so work could be started. Incidentally I do need to return, different case this time but hopefully they will bring the car in within a day or so of the time given and not having it sitting outside while wasting money and paying for car rental”
