THIS OFFICE SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HOW GREEDY THEY ARE
I have a 7 month old puppy who has had a very unique medical case that I have been dealing with since memorial day. Tower Hill saw my dog physically once for the problem and it was only because I already had an appointment scheduled for his shots prior to the initial emergency vet visit on memorial day. I had called and explained his symptoms and they just wanted me to bring in a urine sample and get a medicine for itching, walk through the door quick $100 don't even have to see the dog. That is the way Tower Hill vet wants it. They want your money, they don't care about the health and welfare of your pet. They asked me to bring him in for a sedated appointment but I couldn't have him there in their required morning time frame because I have kids who needed to be in school in the morning, they didn't even try to help accommodate getting him there a little early so they could truly find the problem and help my dog. I called them again after 4th of July again asking them what can I do to help my dog who was still bleeding and I was concerned for the amount of blood lose he'd already experienced from a reoccurring wound, Tower Hill booked me an appointment for 7.24.24. July 12th I started making phone calls again to any office that would help my dog. Finally I found a vet who agreed to see us on her lunch break because her schedule was so full. My dog was so severely anemic that I had to rush him to a hospital in Concord for a blood transfusion and that's where my dog is admitted currently. My puppy would have died if I left his care in the hands of Tower Hill vet.

Poor communication. Receptionist is rude and unreasonable. If you can't be respectful towards owners, then I can't imagine you would be toward their animals. Didn't even need to get an appointment to know I would never recommend this business. Good luck!

Only ever spoke with a person once, which was when I called to make the initial appointment.
Was told to email in her records which I did over a week ago.
I called to check in and was told I’d be contacted by the head vet after her records were reviewed. Still no contact.
As stated in other reviews making an appointment seems impossible.
Horrible customer service. Moving on……..

I would never use this animal hospital! i always thought driving by it seemed sketchy to say the least but after a couple of interactions with the employees at the the front desk - I would never want to bring my fur-kids here nevermind myself walk thru their front door! Their staff are rude/inconsiderate to say the least! I would easily drink at least another hour for quality care vs this dollar store POS should be closed down..... customer beware!!!

Tower Hill is by far the best animal hospital I have been to in 30+ years. Dr. Tucker corrected what would have been permanent damage to my dogs paw. CAVES wrapped 4 broken bones without setting them. Dr. Tucker re-set the bones (the size of safety pins), and today my dog has perfect paws. That is just one example (we've had our share of issues). They are compassionate and caring and provide the best care. Dr. Bright is so patient and kind, and has helped with so many issues with my dog and my cats. The vet tech's are super, and the front desk support is amazing. I switched to them when the office opened and it was the best decision ever. I can't thank them enough for all they do.
