Careful here. I cancelled my membership in September and they continue to charge my card four months later after multiple requests to the owner.

A small but well equipped and functional weight room. Very clean and welcoming. I liked the "work on your own", zen-like atmosphere. The manager was very responsive and helpful for sign-up and key arrangements. I was only charged for a week pass. You can change in the rest room but there are no showers.
