There isn't a rating low enough.These people suck. Plain and simple. Over 6 months to begin receiving mail in my mailbox, which I moved twice because they didn't know where THEY TOLD ME TO PLACE IT. Now I receive mail that doesn't belong to me. They lost correspondence from my attorney in a legal case resulting in additional fees. Now after a year I'm still dealing with this and the "manager" told me to lose my attitude.I'll be calling the postmaster general now. These people are the worst.

This post office is awful! Refuses to drive to my driveway which is feet from the mailbox to deliver packages, instead I get an alert my package was undeliverable. Absolutely awful! Staff is rude and seems like they don’t know what is going on. AWFUL

Reading all the complaints here, just wanted to let people know if you have missing mail or packages, you should fill out the paperwork on the USPS website. That way there is a paper trail and record of the issue (and is also more likely to get resolved, from my experience.) Go to the USPS website > Help tab and fill out the proper form. Going to the post office to complain or posting here will do nothing to improve things, unfortunately.In my experience at this post office, I have had no issues. They are also very friendly and fast at the counter too.

Extremely lazy... Can't be bothered to drop a package off at the front door 50ft away from the mailbox; instead they claim "undeliverable" as it can't fit in the mailbox. They also keep putting every unit's mail in my box. Do they think I'll be the mailman for them?

Worst experience with post office and staff. I just recently moved her last year and many times my packages were thrown in my yard or in bushes by my mailbox. They just recently decided not to deliver mail without any notice. Only reason I noticed was packages were missing but said were delivered and obviously no mail. Went to the post office and the guy at the post office was super rude and said he got stuck and that we need to “clean it up” by the mailbox which is on a town maintained road…and it is usually shoveled or cleaned off when it snows. Not impressed with their service at all

Was supposed to receive my package that needed a signature, I made sure I was home to sign for it. Mail lady never even got out of her car to deliver, instead pit a "missed you" tag on a piece of mail and left it in the mailbox. This is the worst post office that I've ever dealt with and no one is doing anything to fix the situation. The reviews speak for themselves don't go here if you can help it!

Horrible post office. They argue with you even when they know they are wrong. My mail sporadically gets delivered. My bills are delivered late sometimes not at all. They keep dropping off my packages at other people's houses not even close to my address. I get other people's mail all the time. The post master is RUDE. Someone dropped off my package that was delivered to their home. I contacted the post office. They acted like they didn't care. I try to ups and fed ex to avoid this horrible government run service

just nowNEWIf there was a rank lower than one star, this would be my choice. I moved here in 2020 and it has been one thing after another.I've complained in person, and online and yet here I am again with the same issue. My mail went in Sunday night into my box. Monday was a holiday and it should have been picked up Tuesday. Well now it's Wednesday and my outgoing business mail is still not picked up.I've witnessed customers being treated so poorly, and staff talking bad about them after they leave. I've seen twice where they told customers they didn't have their package, only to find it after the customer has walked out. I myself have had multiple issues with packages. I even opened a PO box thinking that may help, but it has not.I have to guess this is a management issue, problems start from the top down.I've never had a bad experience anywhere else, ever. Much larger post offices with way more customers.

I just bought a property here and shipments are continuously being held back and returned to the sender. Went to the post office to correct the issue. The staff member was rude and not helpful.

1) Doesn't deliver to my home, whereas both UPS and FedEx do. Instead, I have to go a mile down three roads to the side of Hwy 175 to get my mail or visit them in Campton for packages. 2) Often loses package then lies about status. Recent example: Tracking status showed "delivered in mailbox" for two 3'X5' rugs, physically impossible to fit even one in my mailbox. Rugs are never to be found. There are plenty of other times things simply do not arrive but tracking shows otherwise, but to list them all would take a book. There's really no recommendation for alternatives here...and maybe that's the issue. No competition, no pressure to do better....

On More then One occasion sometimes several times a week I don't get packages delivered the excuse is "No Access to Delivery Location"on one occasion tracking number said I told them to Hold At Post Officethese are total LIESthey need to start doing their Jobs or quitone time when I asked about this all I got was "What do you want us to do about It"
