Go somewhere, anywhere else. I went in for my tax appointment Feb 5th. No communication for over a month. I emailed her on March 7th, asking if she needed any more info to complete the taxes as I had not heard back from her after the appointment. She replied saying she just needed 5 minutes to finish up and just had to run out of the office for a min. 3 weeks later and still no communication, I emailed her again, asking where we were at. This time she just blew off the email and didnt reply at all! After over a week without hearing from her ( now over 4 weeks after being told 5 minutes ) I was forced to go somewhere else as tax day was only a couple weeks away. I had the courtesy to email her saying that I had got it done somewhere else. Still no reply from her at all. Then a week later, a bill for $80. LOL I assume this bill is for the time she spent not working on my taxes, lying to me, and then blowing off my attempts at communicating. Save yourself some time and $$. Go somewhere, anywhere else.
