Rude and aggressive on the phone with Jill. showed up for an appointment on a poor weather day to find out that only the receptionist was there and the actual vet wasn’t coming in. No phone call of cancelation or anything.

The Dr. there told me to give my 25 lb cat 5 times the calories he was on to lose weight on a diet that was 95% vegetable Carbohydrates &5% meat by products & was extremely expensive .Total junk food! It appeared he didn't care just wanted to get the office visit money & get me out the door. Cats are Carnivores meat eaters & High Carbs & high calories results in feline diabetes& more weight gain. Even grade school children know that high sugar/ high calorie carbs leads to obesity. Instead of apologizing they banned me from bringing my cat in for rabies shots. Heather was very rude said don't come back." A righteous man has regard for the life of a beast but the compassion of the wicked is cruel." PROVERBS 12:10 ( Holy Bible)

I give 5 stars for HONESTY. Its valuable to me. A few years back my wild kitty had 5 kittens. I needed to get all 6 spayed, and couldn't afford it. They did not have to tell me about the spaying truck that goes to Tractor Supply ... but they did. All the other Vets in Plymouth and Rumney were silent on options other than them spaying. They even told me about a state assistance program. Always been good to my families cats
