First, Aaron gave us an excellent experience with the selection choices. His knowledge of the product was outstanding.When it came time to install, Sue was prompt and also knowledgeable about the process. She got the job done in a timely fashion.Lastly, Greg helped with the technical side of the installation. He set up the remote shades on the downstairs portion of the house.I would highly recommend this company and their team to anyone who is looking for great service and product.

Budget Blinds was very easy to work with. Had a little hi-cup regarding the ordering of a motorized blind but Greg, the Operations Manger came out personally, and corrected the situation. Sue, the installer, did a fantastic job with a very involved order. We enjoyed working with them and decided to order 5 more blinds with Aaron our sales-rep.

From scheduling the firstappointment with Cheyenne and/or Heather, to measuring with Aaron and installation by Sue, you will not be disappointed. I highly recommend. Entire process easy, competitive prices, good warranty. Great team to work with, all questions answered, changes were made to my original order without issues and one small problem at install was taken care of ASAP. I would recommend and would use again in the future if needed.
