“I've only been once but I had to face the most difficult experience of my life there that day and the people there were incredible. I can't say it enough. Clyde, I'll always miss you - the void is just incomprehensible - but the staff there were amazing. And I'm sure Clyde would agree.
She hadn't been to this vet before but some notable changes made it clear I had to get her seen ASAP. They made an appointment for the very next day. They managed to get her paperwork from my previous vet (Best Friends in Manchester which I do like) that same day and were very productive and seemed to really care about my Mama and our situation.
I do have another cat and, although I'd previously set her up at a vet in Stratham, I plan on bringing her to Epping Road going forward.
Clyde, I'll always love you Mama!”
“Thank you for your outstanding way of explaining everything, as well as great service for a pet who has to cross the rainbow bridge. The free paw prints was such a caring touch. Thank you for making our time of grief as comfortable as it could be.”

“I have used this practice for 20 years. Dr. Smith and Dr. Bastien are very knowledgeable and professional. The Techs are wonderful as well. They all care about the animals they treat and make me feel like my pet is in good hands. I haven't had much interaction with the other vets in the practice.”
“We arrived today with a cat. We received full, detailed service, in warm and loving hands. We were very impressed with the care and attitude towards us and the cat. We have only one complaint and that is regarding the very expensive price that includes the treatment provided. We understand that this is the case everywhere in the US and this is the norm, but it doesn't have to be this way. I recommend that others of course come to this hospital for the treatment of their pet, but only after obtaining supplementary medical insurance for animals that will cover and reimburse the cost of the treatments that are so expensive. This is very disappointing Because it puts you in a terrible dilemma that on the one hand we really want to treat and help our pet, on the other hand it's very, very expensive and it's a shame.”
“I brought my kitten here after he developed some kind of viral infection. I had been recommended this office by a friend. The whole experience was wonderful. The staff who answered the phone answered all my questions, and found me an appointment that same day (even though we hadn't been a patient there before). There was an issue with getting previous records from the last office we saw and the receptionist went above and beyond and called and helped get the needed forms for me. The tech that welcomed us was so kind, and even taught me how to put eye drops in (which I had never done before). She listened to everything I had to say, and made me feel like she really cared. The vet herself was very informative, and talked me through each option and test. The team came up with a medical plan for me to review before treatments and testing, so I could be comfortable with the costs. Everyone there was so kind and sweet to my shy kitten. He was very anxious going in, after having had bad experiences at a different clinic in the past, but they were so gentle and caring that by the end of his appointment he was just curiously strolling around the room, and didn't want to get back in his carrier. I would absolutely recommend.”
“Great staff! Very knowledgeable and took great care of my kitten for his first vet appointment! They even gave me a little sample bag full of stuff for my baby Mikey. I’d highly recommend to anyone in the area!”
“Astounding staff very kind caring & attentive they are very informative skilled knowledgeable and enjoy what they do which makes the experience so much more relaxing an comfortable”

My dog barks at people and cats and other dogs but he’s just excited and his tail wags the whole time. He’s never bitten or even tried to bite anyone but that girl acted so scared of him it made me wonder why she’s in that job. She even made my grandchildren say something to me about how she was acting and they thought she was mean lol. The good news is that Dr. Sarah Henry fully understood my dog and treated us all very well. I wouldn’t hesitate to use her services as a vet. Be aware that they are pricey.”

“Very careing the doctor spent ample time with us going over every option for pain management and explained in detail what every medication did and how it affects our dog. We went to another vet previously and the only option they gave us was sending our baby over the rainbow Bridge. Atleast gave us some hope. To a path to a better quality of life for our baby”
“Our dog had to be put down due to becoming paralyzed in his back legs. We saw Kate and she was amazing. She told us all of our options and didn't make us feel bad about not having the money for surgery and agreeing with us about our babies quality of life if we were to not euthanize. She was so good at comforting us and was good with our Angel baby. If I have to bring my other dog to an emergency vet it will definitely be here and I would ask for Kate if she's available.”
