Finally I have found my BMW home!!!
To say that I am a BMW devotee is an understatement.
I owned my 1st BMW at the age of 15. The very epitome of the ultimate driving machine(s).
An absolutel blessing to find the 'Guru'.

Went in today for an air conditioner recharge. An excellent experience! Quick, efficient and as always, above and beyond. Always the very best.

This is the best place to take your BMW. Derek knows BMWs like no other. They provide great service, underpromise and overdeliver. We had a complicated “check engine” issue among other things, and they were up to the challenge as usual, resolving our issue in a timely fashion and getting our BMW running great again. I wouldn’t take my BMW anywhere else.

All I can say is AWESOME! Mila was very quick to respond to my inquiry. They ARE busy for a reason, but they made every effort to accommodate my schedule to get me in. What I thought was a transmission issue, Derek immediately knew without looking at it was a spark plug issue. They had all parts in stock and were able to fix it same day (I was far from expecting this). To further assist, they gave me a loaner for the time they were working on my vehicle. From first call to payment, they were a pleasure to work with, honest, and thorough in explaining what was happening, why it was happening and other things to be cautious of in the future.
Couldn't recommend them! Already passed his info on to my neighbor who will be calling them for future work on his vehicle!

My car had significant mechanical noise related to the turning of one or more wheels. It turned out to be both front wheel bearings needed to be replaced. Mila was super helpful and courteous explaining what was needed at the end of the diagnosis stage and what might be needed after getting into the repair stage. Derek explained the repair to me afterwards, indicating the parts that often become compromised (trigger wheel, axle, and hub) on both side were in good shape and didn't need replacement. I would highly recommend them as an alternative to dealer service for wounded BMWs! Car is now rolling quite. Great job!

We brought my daughter’s 2013 BMW X1 to Precision after our mechanic recommended we find a specialist with the proper equipment to diagnose. From the initial phone to the final review of the detailed repair estimate was a very satisfying experience. Mila was great to deal with and she shared video evidence throughout the entire diagnosis. Though the repairs ended up being cost-prohibiting, we greatly appreciated the work Mila and Derek put in to diagnose and provide a very detailed estimate of repairs. Best BMW shop there is. Stratham BMW is always a rip off with bad service. Precision BMW has come through with incredible service and pricing each time. Where to begin.Having a bad day and then it gets worse when I can't shut my car off. The key just kept spinning in the Ignition of my BMW.(someone tried to steal it!!)Freaking out, I go on Facebook looking for any suggestion on places to go near by. It's now 4:30pm!!I had many of my friends tell me to go see Derek at precision BMW repair.I show up and you can clearly see he is very busy with all the cars he had parked out front.I go in an talk with one of his employees and he comes out and looks at my car. Unable to shut it off, we proceeded to walk back in to talk to his boss (Derek)He meet us at the door before even making it back in. Saying he was very busy and I needed to make an appointment, just after one sec of talking to me and seeing what was going on, seeing I was truly upset, he felt the need to help me even though he was extremely busy.He was able to shut the car off and I was able to leave my car there for repairs that day without and appointment.I explained that I use my vehicle for my business and it was important that I got my car back as soon as possible.He indeed got that done for me. The part came in, he came in on his day off and repaired the car! He is amazing ? worked with me on the payment so I was able to pick up my car earlier in the day!If you need repairs done to your BMW and want professional friendly services!
