“Okay okay okay okay, just the best oil change. All the employees had this great chill energy, were super respectful of the clients, and seemed really knowledgeable (but, to be fair, I know nothing about cars or oil). Pretty fast to just go through without an appointment and without much of a line.
It was my first time there, but the car next to me was someone I knew, and they said that they always use this place for all their vehicles. Makes sense from my experience today. ?”

I make an appointment, drop it off, they call me with an estimate & explain it all to me. i get there and my car is done with no extra money added to my bill and my car is fixed. “I have been going to Express Lube for years. Then suddenly, new owners. The service remained outstanding and then I observed thier small engine repair business. I brought them my 20 year old snow blower since it would no longer start. They did an outstanding job at bringing it back to life. They even painted/repaired rust areas that I did not expect. I would reccomend this locally owned business to anyone. They are far superior to any tractor business on route 125 in Kingston/Plaistow/Brentwood. Really good people.”

“I drive a fleet vehicle and put anywhere from 700-900 miles PER WEEK on my fleet vehicle so I am here about once a month. I have been coming here for about 3 years now. The team they have here in Epping is excellent! They are efficient, polite, and good at their jobs. Occasionally the fleet billing system will cause a delay, that problem is usually on Fleet and not a reflection of these guys, but once they have the authoriation from fleet to proceed they are fast and professional. I have no complaints and even though this location is usually off the beaten path for me, I trust these guys and I always go to who I trust.”
