This family run business was a delight to work with. I flew in from Atlanta late night and they stayed late to pick me and my wife up from the airport. Ryan was incredibly helpful throughout and afterwards. They were honest, communicative and took pride in their business. I'd buy from them again!

I've been looking for a used vehicle for about 6 months, but couldn't find one with the specific options I wanted within my budget. I went to Lewis Motors a few times and let them know what I was looking for. Finally they got a vehicle in with exactly what I was looking for, but the timing was bad as I had just had major surgery and was out of work for a time. I ended up going to check out the vehicle and test drove it and filled out my credit app. When Ryan ran the numbers he gave me my terms which were in my budget, but since I was out of work I was a bit strapped for the down payment. I was just about to return to my job and they agreed to hold the vehicle for me for a couple weeks while I got the down payment together.
The day of delivery couldn't have gone any smoother, I emailed Ryan all the information he needed to get the paperwork going, when I got there it was a quick ten minutes of signing the paperwork and I was off in my new vehicle. No headaches, no stress, no high pressure sales of something I didn't want, just an overall pleasant experience. I'd recommend Lewis Motors to anyone looking for a pre owned vehicle at a reasonable price!

I did not purchase a vehicle from Lewis as it turned out it just wasn't the right one for me at that time. They're lot is clean, particularly the garage bay. Ryan was extremely kind and fair in a trade assessment and extremely responsive. I would not hesitate to do business with Lewis Motors!

It has been over a week now since I picked up my car from Lewis Motors. I figured, I would allow myself the time to let my excitement of buying the vehicle, persuade me when giving my honest review of Lewis Motors. So here is my review based on my experience. Ryan was an upstanding guy, very polite and relatable. He went above and beyond to accommodate me and my situation happily and without hesitation. At no point, did I feel like I had been rushed me into making any of my decisions, and instead, respectfully gave me the time to consider my options. In early October 2023, I had a wonderful experience with Ryan Lewis. I was looking to trade in my Kia Sorento for a larger SUV to accommodate our family of 5. I found a GMC Yukon online that was located at Lewis Automotive. The whole process was smooth and easy. We communicated via email and phone. Ryan gave us a very generous trade in value for the Kia which helped the Yukon payment to be right in our budget. *BUYER BEWARE*Sold me truck with with undisclosed rust/rot the truck It was so rotted you could break the frame with a hammer the trucks been giving me major electrical issues ever since I bought it was never told anything about the major issue with the truck was just told it had new brakes all wich is impossible cause the bleeders are so rusted you can't open em not a trust worthy dealer

Typical car salesmen who do not care for their customers satisfaction. Would not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from Lewis Motors. Unless you would like to be haggled and worked. I learned that lesson the hard way, don't make the same mistake. Had problems with the truck since day 1, and the salesmen Austin is a liar. Unless you like having work done to your vehicle on a regular basis, stay away.
