Wow they keep taking my review down. This just shows they don’t want people to see how they are here. I’ll keep reposting then.
Well here it is again.
I normally go to a different auto value. But I was in the area for this one. Tracy the manager was very rude. I will never go back to this location. Very bad customer service.

Very helpful front counter people, I blew a brake line in my older truck and decided it was best to just replace all of the lines and I was having a hard time sourcing some of the flare nuts. Went here after having no luck at other parts stores and they were an extremely big help, showed me exactly what I needed and even gave me a few tips to make the job so much easier.

Their driver rear ended my son's vehicle and their auto insurance is low balling on the settlement of replacing his vehicle. Can you say DOT audit?
