I went here back in April and it was a major cut from long to short and dye. I also went there today and this time just a trim/bangs/layering and another dye. & every time I’m there I’m satisfied. For what I get done it is always reasonably priced. Meg is awesome and a great conversation starter. Again love my hair!!Services: Hairstyling

Meg has been cutting my son's here for the last couple years now and I couldn't imagine taking him to any other place. He's got sensory issues and getting his haircut is a trigger, and not only does he not mind getting his haircut with Meg but he actually looks forward to it. The basics of good customer service are being responsive to messages for appointment requests, making clients feel generally welcome upon arriving and showing a basic level of gratitude when being tipped. My experiences with the owner have only included being less than welcoming, never being thankful for generous tips and slow or no responses to messages sent or left. Simply put, there are better alternatives out there for hair cutters if a basic level of professionalism is important to your customer experience.

Meg was the first person I took my two boys 9 and 7 for a real haircut. They both struggle with sensory disorders and hair cuts have never gone well for me. She was incredible, gentle, and completely understand with them. They loved it! I couldnt be more grateful. I'll be scheduling another appointment for them very soon.
