They saved our trip to NH.I had a flat tire during our ski trip to NH the last week of December. I called 5 different garages in the area, and only G&A Hampson responded. Gary and the rest of the G&A Hampson team were very professional, helpful and kind, and repaired the tire right away, so we could travel back home to Maryland. In addition, the price was very reasonable. I’m very grateful for their help.

Didn't fix any of the issues on my car (Stiff steering wheel, weak brakes, bad alignment). Yelled at me, and refused to fix what he didn't fix including my alignment until I got my tires replaced, that got ruined in the first place because he didn't fix my alignment. He even tried to make me spend more/upsell me on issues he was supposed to fix beforehand. When I went to get them replaced at Costco, they told me they couldn't replace the tires until the alignment was fixed. I ended up going to another repair shop which fixed all my issues. This place is a scam and Guillermo is a cheat and a liar. Go somewhere else.

I give them 100 stars!!! They are the ONLY people I know I can trust to keep my vehicle running safely & reliably and at very honest prices!!! They have recently proven, once again, that dealerships commonly "recommend" repairs that are not needed.

Guillermo helped me solve a problem with my families 2002 Chevy Venture, my van kept stalling and dying when i accelerate. I actually can't remember the last time i had to go to a mechanic, I do all of my own work, however i was completely stumped on this issue. I had replaced the fuel filter, fuel pump, fuel regulator and was at my end with the van. I found myself in the repair area of mission viejo early in the morning and their shop garage was open. I struck up a conversation about my problem and they were willing to take a look. Guillermo was very honest and very good, he first found that i had a bad oil pressure sensor that did not show up on my OBD tool and showed me on the computer, and further identified my EGR valve was bad, he quickly replaced both and was very reasonably priced. My experience was wonderful, and one where this shop deserved a review so others can find a great mechanic. He has won me and my family as a customer for life.

I'd be here all day if I listed all of the wonderful things about Guilleirmo and his staff. After rounds and rounds and years and years of dealership "customer service" we finally said no more. My brother insisted we take our Tahoe to G&A to be serviced. The only thing left to say is that I'm sad I didn't go here sooner, years ago. This place is a true diamond in the rough and we are so thankful to finally be in the right place.
