After being left on the side of the road by Progressive Roadside Assistance (they cancelled my tow after a 3 hour wait - it was requested at 8:30 pm - and informed me they had to reschedule it for 9 am the next morning) I was referred to Matt Brown towing by the Bow Police. Jimbo arrived shortly after my call and towed my vehicle to the tire shop. He was kind and friendly and eased my anxiety after being left out in the middle of nowhere for 3 hours with my two teenage daughters by my insurance company that I pay for this service for. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you MGB towing and your driver Jimbo!! You were wonderful!!!

I had the most amazing experience with this company.Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend, super hot outside and I’m stranded on the highway with two horses.My horse trailer lost a wheel and these folks fixed it with in an hour!Highly recommend.Service: Tires

Charging 600.00 for a tow after an accident is absolutely disgusting. Called many other tow companies in the area and NONE charge like this. Taking advantage of a situation for sure. If I could give zero stars I would.

They helped my Volvo semi recover from a deer strike. They first fixed my right headlight well enough to get me DOT legal and out making money while my new bumper came in and a few other parts. Once that was all together a couple of weeks later they put it back better than it has been since I bought the truck used :). Seriously, good people to work with, flexible and did the best they could with covid-era parts availability.And remember, I'm an out of state long haul guy that they'll probably never see again so if they were going to screw anybody, it would be me.And they absolutely did not :).

Called Matt Brown after hours, after my daughter backed her car off the end of our driveway. I left a message and he called back within 10 minutes. I texted photos of the car and he gave me an estimate and had a truck here in 20 minutes. 15 minutes later the car was back on level ground but more importantly there was no damage! Very pleased! Professional service.

I'm in charge of all the maintenance for the vehicles at my place of work, and these days I can't get vendors to follow up on voice mails or emails, and the work they do is usually late and sub par. In stark contrast to other businesses, Matt Brown's has been punctual, professional, and tells me how it is, not just what I want to hear. They are my first recommendation for working on our light/ medium duty trucks.
