My daughter works for Toyota Grapponne and made me aware of a Brand new 4Runner that had just become available. I had a 2016 4Runner and it was a good time to trade in and start fresh. The whole process went so smoothly and all the employees involved were very helpful efficient and friendly. No pressure, super relaxed. Our daughter did an amazing job getting everything together to complete the sale. We have bought most of our vehicles through Grappone and service them there. Really trust and appreciate the company as a whole and would not hesitate to highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. Caitlin Fahey did an amazing job putting it all together in sales, I would not have this amazing new 4Runner without her knowledge and assistance. 5 stars!!

I worked with Sarah Wentworth. I’ve been in a few times looking at various different cars because I wasn’t sure what I was looking for. I’ve been to quite a few dealers lately in the New England area. She was just exceptional. I have to say, she was one of my all time favorite people to buy a car from. Personality plus. She was real, she listened and she was just amazing to work with. I wish I could buy more cars just so I could work with her again. Absolutely amazing experience. Made something that’s usually a stressful situation so much more relaxed. I can’t rave about her enough.

I made an appointment online to test drive a new 2024 Tundra and was assigned to Sarah Wentworth. My wife and I were very happy with her knowledge of the Tundra, she was able to answer every question we had. It was nice to have a person with a great personality to purchase a vehicle from. Our overall experience with the sale was excellent, every person that we dealt with was great.

Such a great buying experience from Grappone. From not being hassled when pulling onto the lot to working with Bryce and the Grappone team, the purchasing process was smooth and straightforward. In the end, Grappone wants all their customers to be taken care of and satisfied, and it shows in their employees up front communication and the customer service they provide.
