Everything went smoothly. It took a little bit longer than I expected, but the customer waiting area was comfortable and they had a children's area that my two year old enjoyed playing in. They provided coffee and snacks, which I appreciated. Overall, a good experience.

We received excellent customer service from Christy G. She was helpful ,and able to get us into our new 2022 CR-V within days. This was important for us as we did not want to be on a wait list for 3-12 months . It was a pretty simple process and I would recommend anyone to buy their next vehicle with her at Grappone Honda.

Their team and service is always friendly, but be mindful of the service packages and recommendations they provide, especially any that results from recommendations from their "comprehensive multi-point inspection" when they complete your service.I've been bringing my vehicle to them every 6 months for oil changes, and other routine engine service, but after today's service it became clear that their team doesn't actually check the condition or individual measurements for the items they say they do on their report. When I picked up my car from an oil change today, they handed me the report saying everything looks good, and that my tires were in fine shape with 8/32nd's of tread depth across all 4 tires. The concern with this is that one tire is brand new from another retailer, and the other 3 were all measured as having 5/32nd's of tread depth from this same service center just 6 months ago. How my tires miraculously violated the laws of physics, and gained additional depth is something that I really wish their mechanics would have explained to me.Clearly their mechanics are just filling out this form without actually checking condition or measurements from the individual items, as such I'd be very mindful before agreeing to service as a result of a recommendation from the inspection report. Before today's visit I've felt I could always trust this team and the quality of their work, but I'll definitely be seeking second opinions in the future for any service they recommend.

2019 tires were placed on a brand new 2020 car.Told I needed new tires at 14790 miles.Another tire place said the dealership put lease tires on a new car. Graponae denied it. By 17000 miles tires bald and several places saying I needed new tires with one have leak. Please check tires prior to purchase new car. I just don't want this happening to someone else.

Upfront pricing requires you to send in a form to get their special price. What does this dealership offer? Full MSRP on a Honda. Obviously, you can't do worse. It is full MSRP, which only a moron would pay, Go anywhere else and you'll always do better. Sarah in internet sales, what is your purpose?
