I’ve been buying my cars for years from Grappone. John Faye is my go to guy. I like that I’m never pressured into making decisions and I am shown many options both used and new. These people spent two days with me helping me get the best for my used car. Also, their service department is honest and friendly.

No haggling. No pressure. Product Specialist extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. Totally stress-free experience. I can’t imagine ever going back to a dealership under any other name but Grappone. No. I don’t work there but obviously I am a fan.

Grappone Ford... You are a joke.Just stepped out of work to find that my Ford truck was completely dead. I called AAA and they arrived within 15 minutes. They checked my battery, alternator, etc. but couldn't isolate the problem.I called Grappone Ford and their service number rang approximately 20 times and no one ever answered. I called a second time and navigated through their insane voice prompt system to once again find that the service department simply doesn't answer their phones.I next called the main number for Grappone Ford and a pleasant lady routed my call to the service department. The male employee who finally answered the phone had an extremely poor attitude and zero customer service skills. Tell me, Grappone Ford, why do you employ such people?I explained my situation and said I now have no transportation, no way to get home but I did have a AAA flatbed standing by to tow me to Grappone Ford. The individual, without an ounce of empathy, informed me that they were booked until the third week of November. He also stated that he didn't care when I had it towed there. Today is October 10th and they can't even look at it for over a month? LOL You people are insane.Listen carefully, Grappone Ford... This one event today with your "service" department has ensured that neither I nor any member of my family will ever purchase anything from such an unprofessional establishment. Additionally, any unsuspecting friends or business associates will be completely educated about my experience today.In my mind, your business will perpetually be a joke.

The tech came to where I work to check out the recall issue on my 2021 F150 (wiper motor), which was very convenient! He presented himself professionally, and kept at it until the job was done and I was satisfied.

I had reviewed Grappone on my 'not so good experience' trying to schedule service for my car, and they reached out and made everything perfect! I've purchased 2 cars from this dealership and with this level of service, I will be loyal to this family owned business for all my future purchases. THANK you Grappone!

Saturday of the 2023 Labor Day Weekend I was traveling back from Meredith NH, towing our boat with my 2014 F150 back to Connecticut were we live. About 10 Miles into the trip the truck lost power and began to make a loud hissing noise. I was able to get off the highway. I searched local repair shops and Ford Dealers. Grappone came up and was about 8 mile away. I made it to the Dealership and walked in to the service department. I was met by Dawn and Scott. I explained the situation. Seeing that they were very busy, I wasn't sure if they would get me in. After diagnosing the issue in lot (lower Turbo intake hose) they told me they would do their best to get it in and fix the hose. I was happy to wait any length of time, being a holiday weekend. I disconnected the boat and went into the lobby to wait. To my surprise, about an hour later, Dawn came into the waiting area and said "your all set"....As we walked back towards the service area I glanced down at the ticket and it said "no charge". Now I know they only fixed a hose/clamp but I certainly didn't expect there to be no fee....I was back on the road, overall in less than 2 hours. Can't thank the team a Grappone enough! They turned a stressful incident on a Holiday weekend into a seamless experience.Thank you again to Dawn and Scott. I wish you're team continued success.Aaron M Anderson

Purchased a Ford Maverick from them and everything about the transaction was smooth and easy. No high pressure sales tactics, everything explained thoroughly and overall a pleasant experience. Sam was very professional and a pleasure to do business with. Other dealers can learn something from Grappone Ford.

Running a shop in the mount Washington valley can be hard due to parts availability. I want to personally thank Keith in Ford parts for pulling a much needed part and bringing it halfway to me and saved not just my reputation but my customers weekend. Thank you Keith for being one of the best parts people I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

Pick up a new F250 from Grappone every step of the way was very smooth and fast. Nothing Complicated about it. Sales man Sam was great Sage Dura help us out the day before on-lineMinimal paper work, same day brought the truckHow can you complain. It was great.

I have visited Grappone Ford for service many times in the past, but my experience today will make this my last visit. After waiting about two months for my car to be diagnosed, and the part ordered, I finally had arrived on the day of the repair. After waiting three hours for the service to be done with no updates, I finally went to ask what the status of my car was. They informed me that it was done which surprised me as you would think they would have come to get me before this point if my car was finished. I was informed that they hadn't as it was still on the service advisors desk in the process of being"billed" which didn't make sense to me. Upon looking at the service report from them my car was done at 10:46am and it was now 11:45am. This was very disappointing and felt really disrespectful of my time here.

Nyah A. was hands down the best saleswoman we've dealt with compared to every dealership we visited from Manchester to Laconia. She was knowledgeable, extremely courteous AND we felt no pressure to buy a car. This dealership does not price gouge with after MSRP markups and despite test driving a Ford, Nyah helped us buy a Toyota from their sister car dealership. She was able to maneuver a quick car pickup of a Prius we'd been hoping to find, and she guided us seamlessly through the sale (with no pressure sales techniques).

I recently bought a 2023 Ford Bronco from Sam at Grappone. I have to say it was the best experience that I have ever had. Sam was beyond helpful in my crazy situation that a past dealership had put me in. I thank Grappone so much and I will never go anywhere else.

Disappointed. I scheduled a state inspection and exterior detailing. My detailing was canceled while they still had my car, I assume they over booked. I called around other shops are booking weeks out. I scheduled this appt a few weeks ago. Very disappointed for the fist time with Grappone Ford

Work done promptly, loved receiving the video as work completed. Saw parts of my vehicle I never knew about. Service staff was friendly and welcoming. All work done explained thoroughly.
