The employees at Grappone were very friendly and helpful. As far as the vehicle goes, I had to bring it back twice for issues that needed to be fixed (tire had a leak and the tank for the coolant was cracked). I was given a loaner car while the problems were taken care of but the clip that goes on the hose to the coolant tank was not closed so coolant continued to leak after it was fixed. Luckily I was able to clip it correctly. I've had the vehicle, an Audi Q5, used 2015 for 5 weeks now and I love it. However, the car had new front brakes put on it and they are cheap and squeal when braking so I will get ceramic brake pads. Aaaaand, I just noticed a paint bubble on the front bumper that is now peeling. Unfortunately that will need to be fixed but it's very disappointing.

Purchased a new 2025 Explorer and have never had such a great car buying experience.
I am deaf, but Toby Ireland made me feel both welcomed and appreciated in the Bow dealership. He took extra care to make sure that my questions were answered comfortably, even using voice transcription mode on his phone to ensure that we were on the same page (so to speak). ?
I can give Toby and the entire sales team a 100% recommendation. When you can make an old deaf Marine happy you are definitely doing something right!

My purchase couldn’t have gone better from start to finish. Having not bought a vehicle in over a decade, I was prepared for a stressful experience with lots of waiting, haggling, and hassle. It turns out at Grappone, I needn’t have worried. All the staff I interacted with were super helpful, especially my salesperson, Gabe, who was excellent. He answered all my questions and walked me through the process with no pressure. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Although the sales experience of paperwork went well, I am very disappointed to see a recall notice in the packet when I just went to register the vehicle. Especially given the fact that I told the salesperson this happened to me with the last vehicle I purchased. I understand the recall is covered and fixed for free but it is the hassle of having to take the time out of my schedule to drop it off when you are a certified Ford dealer and the fact that it was not disclosed to me.

Great sales long waits though, and I found car had the wrong drivers side merrier nit the same so that was ordered. Calls were answered. Alit of people/staff hanging around, then I listened to loudly speaking sales next table there whole information. Great letting me take the car on my own made the same. So far so great sales. Toby Ireland was the Best!
