Grappone Ford... You are a joke.Just stepped out of work to find that my Ford truck was completely dead. I called AAA and they arrived within 15 minutes. They checked my battery, alternator, etc. but couldn't isolate the problem. I called Grappone Ford and their service number rang approximately 20 times and no one ever answered. I called a second time and navigated through their insane voice prompt system to once again find that the service department simply doesn't answer their phones. I next called the main number for Grappone Ford and a pleasant lady routed my call to the service department. The male employee who finally answered the phone had an extremely poor attitude and zero customer service skills. Tell me, Grappone Ford, why do you employ such people? I explained my situation and said I now have no transportation, no way to get home but I did have a AAA flatbed standing by to tow me to Grappone Ford. The individual, without an ounce of empathy, informed me that they were booked until the third week of November. He also stated that he didn't care when I had it towed there. Today is October 10th and they can't even look at it for over a month? LOL You people are insane.Listen carefully, Grappone Ford... This one event today with your "service" department has ensured that neither I nor any member of my family will ever purchase anything from such an unprofessional establishment. Additionally, any unsuspecting friends or business associates will be completely educated about my experience today. In my mind, your business will perpetually be a joke.

Nyah A. was hands down the best saleswoman we've dealt with compared to every dealership we visited from Manchester to Laconia. She was knowledgeable, extremely courteous AND we felt no pressure to buy a car. This dealership does not price gouge with after MSRP markups and despite test driving a Ford, Nyah helped us buy a Toyota from their sister car dealership. She was able to maneuver a quick car pickup of a Prius we'd been hoping to find, and she guided us seamlessly through the sale (with no pressure sales techniques).

Title: Disappointing Experience at Grappone Ford DealershipRating: I recently scheduled a service appointment at Grappone Ford dealership, hoping for a smooth and efficient experience. Unfortunately, my visit turned out to be quite disappointing.Firstly, despite dropping off my vehicle at 9 o'clock for an 11 o'clock appointment, I didn't receive any updates until 1:30 PM. The lack of communication was frustrating, leaving me in the dark about the status of my vehicle. When I finally received a call at 2:15 PM, I was informed that my truck was ready for pick up. Excited to collect my vehicle, I promptly arrived at the store by 2:20 PM. However, to my surprise, the service manager informed me that my truck wasn't actually ready. This miscommunication wasted another 15 minutes of my time as I had to wait. Finally, they informed me that my truck was ready for payment. After settling the bill, I asked for the keys and realized they had misplaced my truck. We had to search for it together, which was a disappointing and unprofessional experience. To add to my frustration, when I inspected my truck, I discovered that they had forgotten to put the hubcaps back on. It made me question if they had overlooked other important aspects of the service as well. I proceeded to check everything, and even the service technician admitted he had only been working on diesel for three months and was still learning.Overall, my experience at Grappone Ford dealership fell short of expectations. The lack of timely communication, the misplacement of my vehicle, and the negligence in reinstalling the hubcaps left me feeling dissatisfied. I hope the dealership takes these issues seriously and improves their service quality and attention to detail in the future. See

They performed a recall repair on November 2, 2022, but there was a second piece that needed to be replaced. Graponne did not check for this repair even though it was a known issue caused by the recall (Ford even extended the warranty for the repair to 10 years/150,000 miles. I booked another service so they could fix the warranties repair. On November 21, 2022, they scheduled a service appointment for December 15, 2022. I was informed on December 15 that the extended warranty for the repair expired on November 24, 2022, 3 days after I scheduled the service. They are now refusing to perform the service under the warranty even though they had worked on in prior for a recall tied to this issue and it was scheduled within the warranty date. Their response was " There are 3500 other Ford dealers across the US, you should have tried to schedule with one of them."Grappone should have fixed the issue the first time or honor the date I scheduled the repair. They did not even let me know my ext need warranty was about to expire, but they sure let me know as soon as I brought it in.

This is a state of the art auto dealership that runs like it's 1965! Excellent staff and support during and especially after the sale. Excellent service group that makes you feel like the money you spend is worth it.

My family brought our car in because due to a recalled part, our transmission finally broke. We brought it in with an appointment and the service crew didn't get to it until a week after the scheduled time. No call to let us know and they weren't planning on calling us either. Once they assessed the part they let us know it would take 6 months to a year. Supply chain issues. Understandable. But they have no loaners and although they said they would pay for a rental, they refuse to pay more than half. Our out of pockets costs for a rental is more than the car is worth. Ford as a company has dissatisfied us and this ford dealership is honestly laughable. If you're buying a car, honestly don't buy a ford but if you have to buy one, don't get it from this dealership.
