I bought a vehicle in March that had a tire pressure light on. I was assured that the tires had just been inflated and the light would turn off soon. It didn’t turn off. I brought the car back to Grappone to have the issue looked at. They said they checked all the tires, there was no leak, they reset the light and it should go off. Then 5 days later 1 of the tires is almost flat. I call Grappone to have the issue resolved and they told me that because I had been driving the car so long (due to their advice that it wasn’t an issue and the light should turn off) that it wasn’t their problem and they weren’t going to fix it. Absolutely disgusted with the service I’ve received. I just had to pay for 4 new tires for a car that HAD THE ISSUE WHEN I BOUGHT IT only 4 months ago. Fully under warranty but big surprise tires aren’t covered. I have bought several cars at Grappone and it seems unfortunately their service just isn’t what it used to be. I apparently can’t respond to your reply but just so everyone knows, I did reach out for “further assistance” and was told that I can’t prove their negligence so they weren’t going to do anything.

Last week I drove to New Hampshire to visit my parents. En route, my beloved car died. I managed to get to my old mechanic in Manchester, who put a battery in and said to get to a dealership/service department quick, since my IMA system was on the fritz in my 2013 Honda CR-Z. I immediately thought of Grappone.
When I called, I tried to explain the story. I explained that I wanted to come in that day, have someone look quickly at my car to tell me if I had any options, and that I would like to buy a car that day if I did not have any options with my old one.
I was transferred to the service department. Before I even finished speaking, the bored, uninspired woman on the other end told me there were no appointments until the following Thursday. Taken aback, I tried to explain my situation again. She couldn't have cared less. Frustrated that she didn't understand, I hung up the phone and asked my mechanic what to do. He said to call AutoFair in Manchester.
They took me in immediately and told me my IMA system had failed. They were gracious and kind when they told me how much it would be to fix. I made the decision to buy a car from them the next day. I bought a 2021 Honda HRV.
I'm writing because I am totally baffled that you literally refused to help me in this situation. I told the woman I was planning to buy a car if my old one was too expensive to fix. Grappone pretty much refused the sale!! To make matters worse, I randomly kept getting messages that a service appointment had been scheduled for me tomorrow, June 27. I kept trying to cancel it, but no luck.
I am deeply disappointed and honestly confused by your dealership, and won't be able to forget this. I live in Connecticut now, but I'm in New Hampshire all the time. I will be telling as many people as possible how your dealership refused to help me, then had the GALL to schedule a service appointment. It was clear the person on the other end wasn't even listening to me in my hour of need.
If I were management, I would want to know this happened. I will also be posting it on your reviews. Thank you.
EDIT: Grappone contacted me about this incident, and said they were as disappointed as I was. They offered me a free oil change, which I gratefully accepted. It gave me faith that someone cared. Hopefully no one else will go stranded or carless after this incident!

Grappone staff consistently go above and beyond for the customer. Dealership had a good vehicle selection, fair up front pricing. There are patient, knowledgeable people working in every department. I love going to Grappone Ford , I am always welcomed sincerely and helped promptly.
Also, great coffee

Bob was my service advisor. He took the time to undetstand my issue and even had his lead technician listen to my issue. It was unusual and we did a test drive. The work was completed quickly, timly and correctly. I would come back here.
