Simply wanted half a tank filled as I am leaving my shop in a month and they refused (they only deliver full tanks). Eventhough they are on the property that has 11 of their tanks on it almost everyday or every other day of the week. Sadly, they were great up until this.Now I will be working in the cold for the next month. Thanks Huckleberry, A+ for being worse in class.Never understood a company that don't support their customers. Words spread like wild fire.

Disappointed is all I can say. They left my family in the cold for over week without even a callback to troubleshoot for a technician. All the secretaries could say was, “this is our busiest time of the year.” Total Climate Control in Boscawen got me up and running the same day that I called and told me all of the different things that could have kept my heat running in the interim. When I called Huckleberry back to cancel their appointment for just a quote two weeks from the first time I called them they had the nerve to ask me who I was going with. I explained the situation and said I was very upset with the lack of service and compassion and hung up the phone. They never called me back after that. Don’t go with them for oil, propane or service. They will leave you in the cold and they made it very clear that they just don’t care. No heat is an emergency and it should be treated as such.

I switched to Huckleberry because they had the best prices. For many years, I had no problem. They continued to have better prices, and were always prompt, courteous and helpful. For the past few years, however, the office staff have been abrupt and bordering on rude, and every delivery, no matter what the situation (even if you are willing to pay extra for rush/emergency delivery) is scheduled for days or even a week or more later. This is not how they used to be, and it's disappointing.

I am very disappointed with the attempt to hook up my ventless gas stove. It was installed over a year ago and when turned on, it kept setting off my CO detector. They told me it just needed to be burned off. I tried for quite a while to burn it off with all the windows and doors open. It didn't work. They still billed me for it. Then I called them out to fix it, they were not able to get it running correctly but again billed me. They told me this time that it was not fitted for propane despite the plate on it that said it was both on the bottom of the stove and on the manual. I called them again to tell them it was a verified Propane stove. They came out to turn it on and take a picture for me and billed me again. The stove was installed over a year ago and is just taking up space in my basement.

Huckleberry Oil: One Christmas Miracle Coming Right UpI arrived home on Christmas eve day at noon to find my basement half flooded and the furnace motor underwater. House temperature was 38 degrees and dropping. After starting a sump pump, I left a message with Huckleberry's answering service and promptly received a call back from Jake. He was onsite within an hour and had the burner working by 4pm. Are you kidding me? Emergency service on Christmas Eve wrapped up in less than 3 hours? Huckleberry has been, from their start, my source of Propane and Heating Oil and furnace service. Dave and Harvey installed by 1000 gallon propane tank. Extraordinary is a word they have kept since their founding in office and delivery. Very customer oriented! And the drivers love the 1/2 mile straight up driveway in all weather.

I live locally right in Boscawen. I called for a boiler cleaning and I was told “if you don’t buy fuel from us we don’t do service, sorry about that.” I use oil for heat only and my tank is full so I don’t need a delivery yet. I want a cleaning before heating season but I guess they don’t want the business, I’ll buy fuel and get service elsewhere.

We have been customers of Huckleberry Propane and Oil since we moved to Loudon, NH just about a year ago. Deliveries have always gone smoothly and customer service is always pleasant. They have also handled service on our old furnace! ??⭐️

When Dave was with us things were much better, now if a 70 year old man with athsmah and lung disease does not keep the path clear enough to keep the drivers booties dry,we get a hater card and denial of service 3 days after the path to dry booties was cleared. Used to be a great company.

The office people are always very friendly, and I usually get the same driver , Ron (which is nice to have the same familar face) who is also friendly and helpful in any way! These guys are top notch and ontop of scheduling of deliveries! Thanks guys for keeping us toasty in this cold weather.

Totally angry at the incompetence of the office staff. Again this year they messed up the furnace cleaning. Called on May 3, at 2:52 pm to schedule my cleaning. I was told it would be the second called of the day. Jump to today and for the 3rd year in a row they don't have it in the books. Do they not write down scheduled times when they talk on the phone? So disappointed in the poor service. Obviously need some customer service training for staff.
