Striking the surface of the road as it fell, it skipped over the top of the suv I was tailing and kissed my windshield. Soon that chip blossomed into a full web. “Technically they didn't make a cent off me because the insurance ended up totaling my wife's car. But my goodness did they go out of their way for us, making phone calls to adjusters and managers and whatnot. That being said, this is a place you go when insurance is footing the bill. They're gonna do really good work with OEM parts and whatnot. This is not some hole-in-the-wall bodyshop that's gonna weld your frame back together or bondo up some body rust so you can pass inspection. Both types of places are equally important, just understand what they do before you go there.”
