3/24/24 I was seriously stuck in the snow at my place of employment. After all attempts made to get out I called Mike's Towing. Woke the woman who took the call at 12:30am. She was professional and was able to get a truck to me in 50 minutes. The driver, Gator and his truck Betty, rescued my vehicle. Gator was informative, kind, and funny. Thank you Gator and for walking me safely to my car.

Save your search and give these guys a call. They were responsive, professional and had the right gear to get me out of a class 6 road in NH with snow/ice/ technical obstacles. Hunter showed up fast and was confident he could get my vehicle out. He not only got my completely stuck vehicle down a steep slope out with care, there was no damage whatsoever and I drove my car home safely.
I gave a different towing company a call prior to Mike’s and all they did was drive halfway down the off road and walk to my vehicle and say they couldn’t do anything but still charged me.
Seriously these guys are legit.

After sliding into a snow ditch during a snowstorm, Triple A dispatched a tow driver. I was nervous about how everything would work out, but was immediately comforted when the driver arrived. He loaded the car up without issue and explained how the next steps would work with insurance. My insurance has no issue arranging a tow with them to a body shop the next day. Can't ask for much more out of a towing service, and I can't thank them enough for their help in recovering my car!

Bogged my Tacoma in a pond, in Henniker, in freezing temps, approaching dark. Hunter came by with the raddest XJ to winch me out on short notice. Great dude, personable dispatch lady, price was lower than expected, didn't even scratch my dumb, drowned truck! Give the kid a raise! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend your business. Cheers!

They need a real lesson on customer service. They way they feel it’s appropriate to speak to people when they are in a pinch is absolutely disgusting. I have never been so Dissatisfied with a small business ever!

Wasn't the owner but one of his workers was rude, complaining about his boss, and then cracked my front bumper, and in addition sctarched the paint all under the front bumper. The paint is rare and expensive and i doubt i will ever get a matching bumper again. Very upset and will update when resolved
Was appropriately settled.

I called Mike's towing at about 7:30 am on a Thursday morning. The receptionist was really helpful and informative. I knew everything I needed to know before I hung up the phone. The tow showed up within about an hour and I got a call confirming that they had the correct vehicle and that it was going to the correct place. My car arrived quickly and safely, and I was charged fairly. Would definitely do business again if I needed it!! I highly recommend Mike's Towing and Recovery.

My friend had her car towed after it caught fire. The owners were professional, very nice and accommodating letting my friend retrieve her belongings from the car late afternoon, possibly after hours, helping my friend enormously. Safe, clean and professional. Recommend hiring their services.
